  2. Hi guys, Managed to find an M1 Macbook Air base model for £720, will this run FM well enough? Seems a great deal for such a well built laptop, just unsure on its power as I know people recommend 16 RAM / 512 storage for Macbooks.
  3. Agree with everything said above. I think its a general thing that people have less time than ever (unless you’re at Uni or retired etc), hence why so many people are into Switch games rather than PS5/Xbox. Touch 24 on the iPad is enough for me currently, kinda tempted to get it on a laptop so I can customise the game but the idea of the full game is bleurgh
  4. How are people finding FM24? Is delegation any better? Is playing the game any less monotonous and maybe enjoyable again?
  5. Hi all, Any user experiences with FM Touch on Macbook? I’ve purchased a Macbook Air 15” M2 so keen to hear how people are finding the game.
  6. Interesting - the compare page gives 4.5 stars for engine detail for Console Vs 4 stars for Touch. So Console version definitely has a little bit extra in it than Touch! I’m sure when I played Console previously I could go back and watch highlights from previous games, whereas once you leave the game in Touch theres no going back to rewatch goals etc?
  7. FM Console or Touch via Gamepass or Apple Arcade on PC is going to be my choice going forward! After considering it just no way I can entertain full fat
  8. Hello, Can anybody explain the differences between FM Console and FM Touch? Say I played them both on a Macbook, one through Game Pass and the other through Apple Arcade. Console has a 10 league limit compared to Touch’s 5… How about any other differences, be that visible or under the hood? Can anybody shed any light?
  9. Hello all, Is the Apple Arcade version of Touch still limited to 5 leagues on Macbook? Also does anybody have experience of adding graphics or names fix to the Macbook version of Touch? Thanks!
  10. Yeah I hype myself up for full fat but deep down I know it doesn’t fit in with my lifestyle. I’m tempted to try console on PC also, should be a good alternative as its 10 leagues, can get graphics etc? just haven’t seen videos of anyone playing etc so never sure
  11. Yeah very true - I think I’m finally gonna have to attempt to play full fat FM somehow
  12. I’m fully in the same boat too! I’ve seen streamers such as RDF hammer through seasons in 12 hours but he’s literally clicking through items as quick as he can! I don’t want to spend every waking minute like its a real job but I also don’t want to half ass it - kind of an oxymoron I suppose but I reckon a lot of people feel this
  13. Nothing to do with Apple’s announcement then! Must just be a lack of care as usual, announcing the game and features less than 7 days before release is shocking
  14. Hi all, I’m after my FM24 fix but have no interest in the full fat game. Once released, can I purchase FM Console on the Microsoft Store and play it on my laptop like the old FM Touch versions? I don’t have an Xbox so would just like clarification - also anybody who has done this, can the game be easily modded, graphics, names etc?
  15. Hopefully you are all correct and thats the wait - if not then its horrible waiting until less than 7 days prior to release for any information! Really shows their lack of heart towards FM Touch if so…
  16. Unfortunately not mate. I’m in the same boat as you and the options are Console on Xbox/PS5 or Touch on Switch/iPad. Just annoying that can’t mod the game in the same way (real names, graphics) etc. I keep wanting to try full fat again but its just far too much hassle, its like working a second job.
  17. FM Console or Touch mate - it rekindled the love for me and is essentially the heart of FM without all of the bloat and rubbish of todays game. I’m sure FM24 is great, but I like to actually have a life also!
  18. This is why SI got rid of FM Touch from PC/laptop, more and more people would be switching over for sure.
  19. I tried to go back to Full Fat FM, but its just too time consuming whilst also trying to live my life. I ended up getting an iPad to carry on playing Touch - works well for me to get a few games in each night!
  20. Hello all, I have the choice of the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i (£1615.00) model https://www.lenovo.com/gb/en/p/laptops/legion-laptops/legion-pro-series/legion-pro-5i-gen-8-(16-inch-intel)/len101g0024 or the 14 inch Macbook Pro (£2149.00) model https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/buy-mac/macbook-pro/14-inch Price aside (work are purchasing) which is the better machine for FM and general tasks?
  21. @Johnny Ace do you have any recommendations on where to even start with tactics? I see so much conflicting information everywhere its difficult to know what to stick to as guidelines etc!
  22. Will there be two winter updates like last year or just one?
  23. Can’t wait for the winter update… hopefully the Arsenal researcher actually pulls his finger out for once and we see some realistic improvements!
  24. Hi @Cleon do you adjust any of the attacking/defending corners, free-kicks or throw-in routines? I’m sure I’ve seen you say you don’t, but do you literally stick to default settings or do you reorganise the defaults?
