    Omg what a thread 🤣 One-Nil 95 probably the game that got me addicted to football management. https://www.myabandonware.com/game/one-nil-soccer-manager-1ka The other that sticks out is Ultimate Soccer Manager 98. What a game!! The new FMs, as much as I love them don't quite hit as hard as the early day games. That's probably because I'm older, wise and have high expectations 😉 Did I say, great thread BTW ✋👍

    Funny enough I've had the same issue. Second season with Scarborough Ath playing in the national League. I won 12 of my first 13 games, then lost 10 out of the next 14 games. Just not realistic, I'm really struggling to turn it around.

    Hi All, I recently got promoted with the EPL with Norwich City, smashed the championship finishing with 114 points. The boards initial expectation were to 'avoid relegation' which sounds about right. Prior to the start of the new seasons friendlies, the board changed the expectation to 'Mid table' Considering I hadn't purchased any players, this is an unrealistic expectation from the board. As good as my skills are (lol), no way I'm getting Norwich to middle of the EPL in the first season! Seems odd!

    I'm sure alot of people have different opinions, for me SI focus on the wrong things. Adding additional conversation options with agents is NOT a headline feature. At this rate we will be spending half the game speaking to the media, agents and ensuring the players are happy by telling them well done you are training well lol.

    Does anyone else feel like FM needs some fresh ideas and drive from some new visionaries? Sigames are no longer pushing boundaries. SI have taken the Apple model... same product, tweak it ask for money. Frustrations will continue until such time another football manager game appears that can challenge the FM monopoly. Whilst I'm disappointed (AGAIN) for £30 i'm still going to buy it - What choice do I have lol
