I think this question has so many different answers. However, it depends what you’re looking specifically for - a short term fix, a fallen giant, rags to riches, youth development etc.
I love managing in Scotland because of the varying quality in the leagues and mix of pro and semi pro teams.
Wales could be a good shout if you want to focus on building the nation and improving them on and off the pitch. As well as rivalling TNS.
Norway is always a great place to go. Gibraltar with a custom DB.
Hopefully you find the right save for you, I always try and go unemployed and letting fate see my future rather than putting a plan in place.

Player consistently training at a very low level?
I have had this a few times with players, particularly new players. I have had a left midfielder train and for several weeks has been under 6, and when I moan at him he says he's doing well - then he starts crying, but wants to play. Seems a little odd, tried a few things like playing in a few more games, then benching him. Just unsure how to fix this issue. I don't think it's a bug, just doesn't seem right that a player would be that bad for so long. It also happens If I drop a player, they will just be silly.

Impatient for all the right reasons though, two weeks of Beta you kind of want the game to come out and get stuck in - or that might just be my impatiences

I am an Owl and often up through the night, so the earlier the better for me. I imagine the game and everything will most definitely be sorted by then.

It almost is now as its 19.1, but there are some features disabled right now (editor, in-game stores), that need to be switched on with the full game patch.
I don't think I made my original comment correct. I basically mean when the clock hits midnight, will the pre game editor and full game be available? I am away on Saturday and me and a friend want to create our clubs in the editor and test it before Saturday so we can get it well underway (It's taken weeks of suggestions, ideas etc to get to what we want).

Will the game officially change from Beta to the full game at exactly midnight, or will there be a patch sometime in the day?
Still unsure when the actual editor is released too. Any update on this would be appreciated.

Absolutely love this, incredibly detailed and well thought out. Can not wait for this to unveil and everything progress and fit in to place.

Everton - Although I am biased as a supporter, Everton often do absolutely horrendous on Football Manager. With a very good transfer window, it would be brilliant to see what you can do with the team.
St Mirren - Often a good save of mine, but this year in particular. Recently promoted to the Scottish Premier League, and an awful summer of transfers which led to the departure of Alan Stubbs. You have a very tight budget but some very talented players.
Hashtag United - (When a database is released) I mean it's self explanatory, can you promote the brand and lead Hashtag to the football league?
Ajax - Their youth is absolutely out of this world. It would be very hard to keep on to some players, but can you turn Ajax in to a world beater?

Something I never really thought about until was mentioned on here a lot. The pre-game editor would be perfect; having the ability to have your own team in or little subtle changes would make such a difference. Looking at all the feedback, it seems everyone is in agreement on this.

Randomly stumbled across this thread. WOW! With all the challenges that have been made in recent years, I genuyinly didn't think there was a gap for something so unique.
Really enjoyed reading through the pages and checking your progress this evening, particularly your article headlines, pun-tastic.

Very interesting how quick your turn around at a club is, you seem to get the business done very quick. No messing about, get the right players/staff, get results, build, repeat.

I do try to sign people I know where possible, but sometimes it’s hard if you’re a club that lacks finances and the player you know earns more than your whole team combined.
