Same happening to me. My save file name is "David Farinha - Man City" It seems to be associated with the day/hour where you are on the week. -
Hey Kyle, I do have the autosave in place, so it was already overwritten. But I have one close to that date. The save file is "David Farinha - Man City_Valverde.fm"

I was trying to purchase Valverde which he was looking for. After Real rejecting the offer, Valverde requested to be list for transfer. Although, when checking his transfer status, it doesn't show that.
