I have come to find, that this issue only occurs for me, if I terminate my B teams staff contracts. Mutual Termination doesn't have any effect, so I terminated the contract via 'terminate contract'. Then my staff responsibilities for staff signings, contracts and training for B and youth teams disappear. If I don't forcefully terminate B team staff contracs, the issue doesn't appear for me and I remain having full control. -
I get the same issue, but with a fresh FM24 save game, so I think we can exclude yours being a transferred save game from being the issue. I also lose control of staff decision, such as signings and contracts, aswell and the responsibilities aren't visible in the "Staff Responsibilities" anymore, once I press continue for the first time. Please let me know if you find a way to fix this issue.
