Hi,
On FMM2020 using the Original Match Engine, I seems to have an issue in about 1 in ever 10-15 goals scored where the play will stutter and when I am attacking the ball will be kicked right back upfield towards my own goal and then whatever player is back shoots from their own penalty area and the ball soars downfield into the oppo goal, I know worldys can be scored but it has happened too much now. Has anyone else come across this?

-Every other previous version of Football Manager handheld/mobile starts the Welsh League on the 1st of July this one starts on the 22nd July.
The problem is-
-No where near enough time to buy players, sell players, sort your club out before your 1st competitive matches
-Its silly that it starts on the 22nd when the Northern Irish leagues, Scottish and all English leagues start on the 1st of July
-Lastly and most importantly when you start as one of the 4 European playing welsh clubs you already have upto 4 matches played before you even start the game so you can be knocked out of the champions league/Europa League before you even take control of the team, its not great.

Specifically relating to Football Manager Mobile 2020, thanks loads for including the Cymru North and South on the mobile version, I appreciate the depth of research that must go into assembling the data on minor leagues.
One thing that is frustrating with regard to the Mobile version (Not sure if it is the same on the full game) is the 22nd of July season start date. On every other FMM game going back to the start of the Welsh League being included it has been a early July (1st to 7th) start, the Scottish, Northern Irish and English leagues all that run along a similar schedule season wise all start on the 1st of July (Even the Northern Irish lowest league). I am referring to just doing a Welsh League game, not combining leagues when you do have different staggered start dates if you run two different leagues (ie Irish and Scottish have different season timings)
What it does is mean on the 22nd July when you start you literally have days before your 1st game and not much longer before your 1st competitive game and so much of the game starting out is sorting your squad out with sales, loans, releasing, buying etc... you also have nearly half of the transfer window gone and you would of played a couple of friendlies which you have no control over before the game starts, I have even started a game as Gap Connahs Quay and they have played Euro fixtures before you even get a chance to have any influence.
It would be great if you where able to come back on this as it does not seem to make any sense to me?

I don't think you even need a managers age on the game, most FMM users will not be in their late 40's (Which seems to be when the game starts your age) and if you play 30 seasons 79 would be an epic age to be managing at most clubs? If you can't actually change your age I would take it off?

Plays for St.Josephs in Gibraltar but has been put by mistake at St.Josephs Cardiff who are a very small non league club in Wales, I understand player errors do happen but he is far and away the best player now in the Welsh Game on FMM2020 and it does not reflect real life as say TNS can buy him etc...

Hi this is the same for me, Model A4132, done all the resets, cache clears, reinstall, signed out of game centre etc.. 7GB of free space and all other apps running fine. All previous versions of FMM have run fine through the years upto FMM19 and the IOS is 9.3.5 so fine there.
Really keen to get this resolved as have purchased and paid for the game and cannot use it.

Thank you for replying, great to know it should be compatible, does the fix come out as an update or will it be a case of deleting and reinstalling the game? Also lastly are we talking potentially hours, days or weeks?

HI,
I have downloaded the game today but when I open it up on the Ipad Mini I have it quits out automatically after the title screen (I have tried resetting the ipad, clearing cache etc..) all other years of the game including FMM19 have worked perfectly and at normal speed. The system is ios 9.3.5 and it says on the app page it requires ios 9.0 and over?
Can anyone help?

Not directly missing players but missing clubs (Well kind of) when you play a Welsh game, in the other Welsh Clubs section on find clubs (good for looking for lower league players) it lists about 150 clubs you can click on the squads etc... These include clubs like Port Talbot, Monmouth, Afan Lido, Goytre, Caernarfon, Airbus, Haverfordwest etc...
There are clubs missing from this section which have players on the game the most notable being Llanelli (Lee Trundles club) and Swansea Uni are another example. There are players listed in the player search section who don't have the relevant club in the other clubs section or when you search for it. A good example to see this is look for Adam Orme or Marley Bishop-Wisdom who play for Swansea Uni FC they come up but the club does not in the Other Clubs section which is listed Alphabetically.

Hereford aren’t in the ‘other clubs’ section and they are arguably the biggest club below Conference South/North Level.
Same for Llanelli In the Welsh Game.

I manage Ammanford as I like Lee Trundle and Andy Robinson, I would say Corwen are a tough challenge as they only have a £500 a week wage budget. The most fun team to manage are Bangor City as they are packed with random foreign players!
