Correct haha, very annoying rule! I am currently on vacation, so not in the possibility to post screenshots but playing FM during the holiday. I am on my 4th consecutive title in the league, in the CL nothing much to say, qualified for the next round but always got eliminated pretty soon after. I selected trough my seniors and let a lot of talent make the promotion to the first team, that is going very good with a firm lead in november. I will try to keep some updates live.

A nice formation, but very attacking by my opinion, but who am i. If I would use this formation i would set the right wingback to support, the left IW also support and keep the left wingback on attack for the overlap. The right wingback would move up a bit more but gives you a little more coverage behind the IW, also the mezzala tracks right so you have a little congestion there and if they are all gone attacking you need someone to be a little bit more behind.

NK Karlovac 1919 - season 5 (2028/29) - first division A quick update of the last season. European football was Conference league qualifying rounds: we did very well, qualified for the league phase: league phase went excellent with qualification for the next round. We went on to the semi finals!! But we got eliminated bij AEK Athens. They lost the final to AS Roma. In the domestic league we were in fire, Dinamo Zagreb had an off year so we took advantage bij winning the league!! Very tight race at the end but we took it!! We lost the final of the domestic cup to Dinamo Zagreb. The youth intake was very nice, with some good prospects, best of the class: We got some youth players in the first squad who are progressing nicely! Facilities got upgraded a little bit more, being now:

NK Karlovac 1919 - season 4 (2027-28) - first division Our season started with the qualifying rounds of the Europa League, we managed to overcome Maccabi Haifa in the first round but then Rosenborg was to strong for us, we were sent to the Conference league qualification rounds. We lost at Trencin but managed to qualify after a scintilating performance at home, after that round Maribor was the next opponent. We reached the league phase of the Conference League again! We started very slow with 2 losses, not a surprise against Newcastle and Brondby. After that we won 2 times and got a draw against Brann. It all came to the last game at Sankt Gallen, we lost but the other teams as well so we qualified for the next round. In the mean time we were cruising in the league, Dinamo Zagreb were from another planet this season but best of the rest is at the moment good enough for us! With this preview i was hopeful for a good intake! Back to Europe... We eliminated Vojvodina, Brondy in a revanche game, then Fenerbahce! But in the end Newcastle were to strong for us, not a shame! They went on to win the league so proud of our semi final! The league was for Dinamo Zagreb, i was competing for place 2-4 with Rijeka, and NK Lokomotiva, we managed to get second place! But with Rijeka winning the cup against Dinamo Zagreb, the Europa League place goes to them and not to us. The intake was good, i loaded a Belgian newgen, he is pretty good and going to be the future of my defence! I got a good striker Facilities were the same

Search by "clubs" > nation Croatia > division level is 3 > and then add column with youth facilities, youth recruitment, training facilities and junior coaching. Very effectieve way to search

You can check the editor in advance to research the values of recruitment etc

If you want croatia to succeed that would be a better approach i think. What club would you take then?

I always look for clubs with decent to good facilities in advance and try to reload them until i got them
