He hadn't made his England debut until 1997.
2000 he was overlooked by Keegan
2004 drugs ban
2008 didn't qualify
2012 left out because of Terry's racism against his brother
Repeat of the Euro U21 final from last year, which as you'll remember ended 1-0 to England.
Only players involved in the match to make the squads are Cole Palmer and Anthony Gordon for England, and Álex Baena for Spain.
I think it proves how OP attacking systems are on FM. Making a mockery out of assistant manager complaints of "we're being overrun in midfield".
Don't let anyone at SI see this you'll be banned in no time @grff
So did I. A 15 minute off the bench cameo in a loss to West Ham
I thought he was like Pervis Estupiñán, who we farmed out continuously without actually playing and flogged after their first good loan spell.
I honestly can't believe the difference is that big.
My keeper better.
RB and LB better
Saliba and Rudiger not a lot of difference. Soyuncu has been washed since 2020 and shouldn't even have been allowed to be kept as he was out of the squad weeks ago with an injury.
There are 9 UCL's combined in my back line ffs.
Hjulmand slightly better in DM than Zakaria.
Combined my 2 CMs have more G+A than Laimer and CDK (even though I acknowledge individually CDK is a better player) but there can be no qualms about creativity from my CMs.
Hartman's wingers are nice but Jota is more like an IF supporting Vlahovic (who is better than Felix) and I think ultimately his team would struggle to score against mine.
I'd personally think it'd be a 1-0 to my team in a real life game.
