  1. Villa Dalmine 17th season update Very solid performance in the league managed to finish 4th Quarter final exit in the Copa Lib Close tie but lost on pens Semi Final exit in the league cup. Feel like I'm a very established team in the league now, River are still a tough opponent as the don't drop that many points Team feels solid now and I have good players in every position, depth is still an issue but all the dross is cleared out its just a matter of waiting for the 16/17 year olds to improve a bit. The team contains the most wonderkids I think I have had 10 of the starting 11 are wonderkids or former wonderkids! best youngster from this years intake, he's small but looks quality Best player at the moment- he has pretty much everything and I love a pacey striker. My old club FC united are sniffing around him Hopefully can keep this team together, don't think I'm far off now but you never know on this game
  2. Villa Dalmine Argentina has turned out to be quite a difficult challenge and I have come close to quitting, I'm sure someone said to me Argentina was easy I haven't done an update for a few seasons because quite frankly not much has happened, barely avoided relegation and kept losing any player that looked decent for peanuts. Things just started to improve about 3 seasons ago, managed to hold on to some players and started to build a good team. 2069 2070 2071 2072 2073 2074 2075 2076 2077 current season last season 2076 I managed to win the league cup This puts you into the Copa Libatadores and I mangaed to win the competion on the first attempt. ! So that's half the challenge done in Argentina Current team is very good and If I can hold onto them I hope I can win the league in the next 3-4 years, The current squad has 4 wonderkids!! and 3 former wonderkids so there is plenty of talent in the team. Front 4 just score for fun I'm enjoying this team now and in some ways I'm hoping I don't finish to challenge too soon as I want to play a few more seasons with this team
  3. Suddenly I feel very lazy , I don’t put this much effort into my saves. Here’s me just relying on estimated transfer values to spot the next talent
  4. Quick 5th Season Update I didn't get relegated which I was very happy with but this is a poor side, need a good few youth players to come through. no sales of note just a couple of bench players Finances are quite poor I'm losing money due to the youth costs, wage bill is only 9k a week New stadium that was built has a max capacity of just under 15k (currently 7.5k) so not much room for improvement there. I'm guessing I will need the odd player sale to keep in the black. Fc United finally made the top ten, Obviously a few years since I left them but my players that were the star graduates so I'm taking some credit
  5. Villa Dalmine 4th season Update As predicted Giglio left the club, it was even quicker than expected he was gone before the season started Once again the club let me make improvements with the cash I didn't have high expectations for the season and I ended up with another 8th place finish. Shockingly I ended up getting promoted via the play offs I love a 3-1 result I'm fully expecting to be relegated, I'm not even a good 2nd division team. It was a fairly poor intake again but I have a full bench now and can bring on subs for most positions at least Wish me luck next year I'm going to need it
  6. Villa Dalmine 3rd Season update Solid 8th place finish I'm quite happy to sit in this league for a few years to build up the facilities etc, I seem to have a board that like to sell my players without a 2nd thought, very annoying but at least they approve some facility improvements All facilities / coaching and recruitment were average when I took over so great progress on that front. The board sold Irala despite my protests, I had negotiated a 4.5m deal with 50 % of next fee (with another club) they felt a 4m deal with 30% profit clause was too good to turn down Managed to clear out most of the older players and only have one player older than 19. Ramirez will go next and I can build a better culture at the club all my team leaders were bad personalities I'd rather struggle for a couple of years and bring the right players though Expecting to struggle next year as I bring the young players through, hopefully can hold onto most of them. Giglio will no doubt be sold by the board next as he only stayed last year due to getting injured during the transfer window He's very talented for this level Hopefully next years intake will be better, I had massive improvements and got the worst intake so far No decent players this year just a couple of bench players at best
  7. 2nd Season Update, just keep these brief until I really get into the save. Mid table finish, Very inconsistent performances but to be expected as I have cleared out half of my established team. There was a lot of bad personalities in the squad easily discouraged, slack ect so I shipped them out but I have left myself with a very young team Unfortunately my best player wanted to leave but I got a decent price for him and to be fair I inherited him when I took over Good news was I managed to get the club to improve the training facilities with some of the money The Board have decided to build a tiny new stadium for some reason star man from this years intake
  8. A mix depending on how my season is going if the season is dead ie no chance of promotion or relegation I will stick it on manager holiday. Once I’m in the top league I tend to play pretty much every game
  9. Mini Update for first season, took over the club with a few games to go and they were bottom of the league, cleared out a few poor players and sorted out contracts and got rid of all the staff. Managed to get a few decent results and avoid relegation New Hoyd and I managed to get improvements for youth facilities and recruitment as part of my package for taking the job on I have inherited a couple of good youngsters hopefully can achieve a comfortable mid table position next year and start building a good team, I'm very short in central midfield and my left back is old
  10. After getting sacked again I have decided to try the pentagon challenge (I'm going to attempt it as a youth challenge) on my fc united save, I had to add the leagues and wait for a job to come up so its took a while but I have a new club
  11. we go again, decided to pick the worst team available 10000-1 pre season odds A bit of an unusual background to the club- formed by a Bus company, The Club Mutual Crucero del Norte, was born as an idea more than two decades ago, when employees of the company and the Koropeski family, participated and followed the alternatives of the indoor soccer team, which won numerous local, provincial and national tournaments, with outstanding participations in South American championships. Given the repercussion that this enthusiastic training was taking, directors of the transport company together with a group of collaborators, began to give shape to this idea, that of a club of their own, where the employees' families have their space for leisure, recreation and sports.
