    We are just about getting enough results to stay in our job, in my opinion we need a lot more improvement to push further up the table, whether that will be done by new signings or getting more out of the existing players, is yet to be seen.

    Ismaila Sarr has decided to join Leicester City for 17.5 million pounds. We will also face Crystal Palace in the FA Cup third round.

    Our job was under threat and we have managed to stay at the club following some decent results. Also Craig Cathcart is leaving Watford to join Al-Fayha in Saudi Arabia for 190k pounds.

    We are doing our best to avoid Gino Pozzo's axe at Watford and I am just hanging on to the job by the skin of my teeth. I am doing the best I can at the moment and it is a very nervous time.

    Ibrahim Sesay joined West Ham for 175k pounds. Jeremy Ngakia went on loan to Amiens SC. Ken Sema went on loan to Crystal Palace. We have had an okay start in the league, we need to make sure we kick on.

    Ki-Jana Hoever joined Watford on loan from Wolves. Joaquin Sosa came to Watford on loan from Bologna. Joseph Hungbo went on loan to Cadiz. Reda Khadra has come to Watford on loan from Brighton. Fulham have signed Oleh Ocheretko for 4.7 million pounds. And last but not the least Joao Tome has joined Watford on loan from Benfica.

    We got our first win in the league against Swansea. We also got knocked out of the Carabao Cup by MK Dons. Mattie Pollock has gone on loan to Hearts. Also, Mario Gaspar has gone on loan to Luzern.

    I made a couple of signings. Dylan Levitt signed for Watford from Dundee United for 6 million pounds. Also I have signed Joe Allen from Swansea for 775k pounds. We also beat Swindon Town in the Carabao Cup first round and we will be facing MK Dons in the next round.

    Tom Dele-Bashiru went on loan to Tenerife. Ignacio Pussetto went on loan to Lorient and Joao Pedro went on loan to RB Leipzig. We also played the opening game of the new season in the Championship and drew it.

    Mario Gaspar went on loan to Sporting Gijon. Ismael Kone went to St. Pauli for 4.6 million pounds. Also Wesley Hoedt went to Reims for 3.6 million pounds.

    Imran Louza went to Al Rayyan for 8.25 million pounds. We signed Aaron Ramsey on a free transfer to Watford. Daniel Bachmann went to Al Gharafa for 4.9 million. Joao Ferreira went on loan to Luzern.

    We have made a couple of signings. Matheus Martins signed for Watford from Udinese for 7 million pounds. Rune Jarstein has joined the club from Seattle Sounders for 58k pounds. Ben Hamer went to Middlesbrough for 21k pounds. Tom Cleverley went to Al Ain for 1.4 million pounds. Also we will be facing Swindon in the Carabao Cup first round.

    We did not get promoted to the Premier League as we lost the second leg of the Playoff semi final against Sheffield United. I am looking forward to seeing what the new season will look like.

    We have a new job. I am now officially the Watford manager. This is what the squad looks like. Let's see how long I last under the Pozzo ownership. Watford are a club obviously that have been in the Premier League for a while and have fallen under hard times and are now in the Championship. I landed the job when they made it to the Championship playoffs. Hopefully I get them to the Premier League.

    I have been sacked by FC Basel after just over eight months in charge and a 38% win rate. I really enjoyed my stint there. There were some positive moments for sure. And I am looking forward to my next project.

    We got knocked out of the Swiss Cup in the quarter final and we are holding on to our job by the skin of our teeth. We need something good to happen in the next couple of games now.

    We had a board meeting and I have a month to turn form around at Basel. Also we face Dynamo Kyiv in the Round of 16 of the Europa Conference League. Also Jonas Vinck went on loan to Fehervar.

    We signed Hector Moreno from Monterrey for 525k pounds. Our form has taken a huge hit in the league and we are under pressure. We are not playing well at the moment and we need something to work for us.

    Taulant Xhaka went on loan to Heerenveen. Wouter Burger went on loan to Ajax. Dan Ndoye left Basel to join Malmo for 1.8 million pounds. Our form is back to being stuttering after the initial bounce.
