Thank you for your feedback, we continually look to improve FM Mobile where possible.
Regarding the in match performance if you see a particularly extreme examples of the above please save the match and send it into us.
The saved matched will end in .pkm with the match fixture as the file name.

It is not currently possible to automatically transfer your saves from one device to another on Android.
You can however do it manually using file transfer apps or a PC.
Here's how to access you saves.

Just to be clear, you can not see the ball in either Animated ball mode or non animated ball mode?

The board will set a limit on wages based on their perceived value of the player, to prevent you from overpaying/spending your whole wage budget on one player.
If you are struggling to sign a player due to wage budget restrictions you can try offering the player something else in return, such as a higher squad status, low release fee or a sizable signing on fee.

Have you tried offering a sell on percentage as well as the 225m or a player exchange.
It should be possible for you to purchase Mbappe if you utilise one of the above.

If you experience a bug or a gameplay issue we will need to take a look at your save games.
In order to make sure the save game you send us is the right one please follow these steps.
- First turn off Automatic Weekly Saves, it is on by default (Options > Settings > 'Automatic Weekly Save')
- Then exit the game, you can save your game in a save slot if you wish.
- Load an auto save, there will be two, load the one closet to the date the bug occurs.
- Save the game, be careful not to overwrite a save game you might want.
- Send this save to us. you can now turn Automatic Weekly Saves back on and continue with your save.

We also tend to ask for you to send us files when you are experiencing a bug or gameplay issue.
You can do this by visiting https://oc.sigames.com/owncloud/index.php/s/Kzvhd0MdU3v4Nv4.

If you are on an iOS device, you can access them by connecting your device to iTunes and selecting File Sharing. The files will be in the FM20 Mobile page.

you can compress the file by right clicking it > selecting 'Send to' > 'Compressed (zipped) folder'

We believe this is working at intended at the moment but may be a little underpowered. (It is possible to gain influence over players but it takes a long time.)
Can you provide us with a save game as well as screenshots of you staffs Staff Profile screen (at least two, taken a season apart.)

Do you have a save game where this issue occurs?
Additionally if you want to sell a player for a specific value you can use the "Offer to Clubs" option, there you can set the value of the transfer you are willing to sell at.

This fix is not in the latest patch, this issue however is UI only and does not affect actual gameplay.

This would not have triggered for you if some of those players have dual nationality with an EU country. Rodrigo Caio for example has Italian as a second nationality.
Otherwise check the Unlockables Menu (Settings > View > Unlockables) if the unlockable is not there and the above is not true you can send you save into us and we will take a look at it.

The star rating you coaches and scouts give are relative to the quality of the team you currently have as well as the league you currently play in.

This should be working in FM 20 mobile.
Can you please provide screenshots or a save game for a player who hasn't developed these attributes when trained?

Missing youth players
in Gameplay Issues for FM20 Mobile

As the FM Mobile is a cut down version of the game it is not possible to included every player, currently these two players have not met the threshold for being included in the mobile database.
