  1. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - PKO Ekstraklasa - season 9 - 2032/33 Looks quite nice with potential, two best prospects are Dawid Lis - a versatile fullback and Guilherme Maciel - Portuguese forward who seems to suit better at left wing, both with nice personalities Best season so far and we're going back to continental cups. Thanks to winning a Polish Cup this year it's going to be Europa League instead of Conference League so tougher competition but a chance for beter money. Shortly after last game when we got all the prizes and bonuses the board decided to improve youth facilities by themselves, I didn't even had to ask
  2. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - PKO Ekstraklasa - season 8 - 2031/32 A pretty good intake, I forgot to take a screenshot of the squad but here's the best player out of them. Already good enough to be a starter quite often Slightly worse season but we were just 1 win away from qualifying to Europe again. We did really good in ECL, we avoided top quality teams which got us up to round of 16. Some of our key players signed new long contracts without release clauses so squad looks pretty safe and solid Euro competition prizes were invested right away. Training facilities will be probably 18/20 once finished so only one upgrade left to max. Stadium expansion eventually changed to 6587 seats just at the season change which is maximum possible capacity for a current one. I wonder how long we will have to wait until the board decide to build a brand new one
  3. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - PKO Ekstraklasa - season 7 - 2030/31 This year brought us a group of talented defenders Fantastic season and we're going to Europe. Legia won Polish Cup (defeating us in final) so we were able to get a Conference League spot from the 5th place Another big loss before the season started caused by a minimum release clause. A little dissapointing because his value was rising above those 1,1m but there were no other teams interested to make a bidding war or atleast try to squeeze a next sale % clause There were some takeover rumors throughout the years but it finally happened. New owner looks kinda generous giving us a 6m bonus which was immediately turned into some upgrades
  4. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - PKO Ekstraklasa - season 6 - 2029/30 Long time no posting and as I am few seasons ahead it's time to catch up with updates. Average intake, the player who looks most promising is DL Kamil Gawroński, rest of higher potential kids juts lacks better personalities 7th place again but this time we had to battle in the lower half of table. We've lost our best player Igor Michalski at the beginning of the season, Lech Poznać paid his release clause, but that created a chance for Łukasz Antonik promoted from u19 and he made the best out of it.
  5. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - PKO Ekstraklasa - season 5 - 2028/29 Bunch of nice defeders as promissed, it's nice for a better squad balance Really good season, we were even a sniffing around a continental cups qualification for a few weeks, but it's our time yet. Good run in domestic cup also, we've reached quarterfinals The board got us a senior affiliate club on their own. Unfortunately it's just so they can have a first option on our players, I don't know if it's any help for our intakes. But +50k annualy is better than nothing
  6. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - PKO Ekstraklasa - season 4 - 2027/28 Very nice group, but again 2/3 of best youngsters are unambitious. We finished midtable but only thanks to great performance after winter break. We have pretty nice depth in offensive formation so I need to keep some of youngsters in u19 team and they just almost won top tier of Polish youth league finnishing 2nd just 1pt behind Legia. Junior coaching and recruitment already maxed out, and we're the only club in the whole country to get them both 20/20 Training facilities also being upgraded constantly, twice this season. But second time, after all bonuses were paid out, my request was accepted, just the next day our youth facilities got downgraded and we had not enough money left to get them back so we need to wait probably a whole year until we can afford it.
  7. I don't think it's a bug per se, just a slight inconvenience Anyway, time to post last season update
  8. I use that too, helps when you multitask and don't pay attention to FM 100% of the time. I have one issue with it though, whenever game stops simulating it jumps to next unread message but with auto continue it can sometimes skip a lot of messages so I need to look back through them (that are already marked as read) just to not miss anything improtant. Is there any workaround, maybe you can change it somewhere in setting so it won't go to inbox as default?
  9. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - PKO Ekstraklasa - season 3 - 2026/27 Michalski and Borkowski seems like a best fit at the moment, but I think they will stay in u19s most of the time. We even got a Colombian newgen but he's pure rubbish We safely stay in top division although first half of the season was tough. I'm not happy with my DC's, they all performed horrible - that's what my HoYD should be focused on. My offensive youngsters on the other hand did well, Kaczmarczyk and Kieliszek became regular starters and they don't dissapoint. The board is quite open for upgrades, both junior coaching and recruitment. We got them increased at the begining of the season and later after last game when all the bonuses and prizes filled our bank account. Soon we should be amongst top teams in Poland when it comes to facilities
  10. It always looks ridiculous, you get D-rated preview which is crap but calls it a good intake, really optimistic
  11. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - Fortuna I Liga - season 2 - 2025/26 Filip Kaczmarczyk looking really good, first team ready, he'll probably be my starting AMC, needs some mentoring though. Maciej Kieliszek can be a backup striker and a few more to look up. Unexpected promotion but we never fell below top4 and opponents missed lot of points. We did it despite huge injury problems like my best DC Damian Oko torn his ACL in november missing rest of the season and a lot of minor ones to other players. Youngsters did a good job, maybe not the best ratings but given the final result I'm optimistic with them. My main concern is losing 3 important players - Bartosz Wiktoruk, Dominik Kościelniak and Michał Mydlarz - same case with all of them, they were complaining about squad not being strong enough and just after last game when we were celebrating they wanted to talk and decided to leave on a free transfer next year to move for a bigger club - good luck then. They're listed now but no one is interested. The board agreed to invest more money into youth recruitment and we're also getting a small stadium expansion just to have minimum 4500 seats required in Ekstraklasa Finances at the day of seasonchange
  12. @KOWAL I think it should be fine as long as you have a proof he came through your intake, if I remember correctly it happened before to some other managers here
  13. You've probably waited until last days with offering him a contract and he signed right after the end of trial period so it recognizes it as a transfer
  14. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - Fortuna I Liga - season 1 - 2024/25 There is some potential but personalities could be better. Kacper Bieniasz is the best from this group but his position is pretty crowded so I need to think how to squeez him in. Another nice additon to the squad is Krzysztof Lech, he can play as a backup DR. Few more could get some apperances if I will need to fill the U21 spots. Solid midtable finish, bad results in october/november got us a little close to relegation zone but everything looked way better after that. We scored the most goals but also conceded a lot (only Resovia was worse). I gave a lot of playing time to my U21's just to aggravate their minutes and push for highest bonus (350k) but unfortunately Lechia won that only because they had extra games in playoffs. My main youngsters were Pikuła and Książek but Hugo Leyk made rapid progress and will probably earn a full time spot at GK Facilities - ups and downs. We got better junior coaching and recruitment but our training grounds had a little drop - pretty quick if you think it was built just in 2020 Bankroll at the day of season change so it already includes new sponsorship money, grants, etc. Looks like it will be difficult to stay at positive balance, last season was -130k
  15. Thanks, I actually find Sweden as enjoyable country to play, I had a few careers here before but not with a low end teams so this was something new. It's quite difficult to move up the league pyramid but when you reach the top tier and manage to stay there you can have a pretty fast growth
  16. Stal Stalowa Wola - Poland - Fortuna I Liga New journey begins. Just bought FM24 recently and this edition gives me the opportunity to finaly try this challenge with my hometown team so I couldn't resist to do it Took a while to get them promoted but here we are. The club has a really good facilities for Polish standards. Built just few years ago, PCPN has a complex of training grounds and a stadium for 3764 spectators It's one of the most succesfull teams in Polish 2nd tier (but only 4 season in top division sadly) - here's the historic table at the end of 22/23 season: Squad for current season looks decent, but we have a few issues. Some of the key players were loaned from another clubs and now once they're gone we lost depth especially on both sides of defence. One transfer was already arranged, a rather average striker, but what hurts the most they sold Bartosz Pioterczak who is considered as a best talent of the club and is a regular in first team in real life. The league we're in has a rule that you must have at least one U21 player on the field and an award system based on number of minutes for U21's throughout the season and we don't have many quality youngsters yet.
  17. Thanks. Here's how it looks like. Once we got in Allsvenskan finances were not a problem, pretty good money prizes and resonable wages was enough to make steady profit. This graph starts about when we became Champions League regulars.
  18. [FM23] Reymersholms IK - season 39 - 2061 - CHALLENGE COMPLETED! What a game that was! First, in 15th minute goal for Bayern, but thankfully it was an offside, then our boys stepped up, Ayham Homsi hit the post twice, we were creating more chances. In 68th min Karl-Johan Hallberg who was really tired and ready to be substituted made his last impact in this match and we're up 1-0. Not for long, just after the kickoff Bayern answered back. Just before end of regular time Robert Gustavsson saw his second yellow card but that didn't ruin teams morale. Extra time started with a hit in the face, Bayern takes lead, we have to switch to very offensive style because at this point we got nothing to lose. Then Michael Nyberg strikes the equalizer, Stefanos Anagnostidis made it 3-2, so now park the bus and pray. Unfortunately Bayern scored their third and all was decided in penalty shootout. I owe a bottle of good champagne to FC Porto who agreed to delay transfer date of Adam Larsson because this man saved two penalties and was a crucial part of that victory. Oh, and Hammarby just won Europa League a week earlier so Swedish teams became a strong force lately. Maybe I'll stick with this career as a side job now, but I already have something fun in mind as my next chapter @darren1983 looks like you can add Sweden into completed nations list Edit: Just one more thing, managers career overview to prove 0 transfers in
  19. How about nation and clubs coefficients? Is Polish league on a rise (I assume so based on number of european cups spots)? That final should give a nice chunk of points
  20. [FM23] Reymersholms IK - season 38 - 2060 Those intake don't look very optimistic in last few years Another double with league title and domestic cup win. Champions League is still too much of a challenge, eliminated in knock out playoffs, but in current season we're placed in top 8 of group phase for the first time with set of great results so I'm looking forward for next rounds. Ayham Homsi just broke a historic record of Swedish league becoming a topscorer with 40 goals, a total beast-mode, but now he wants to move for a bigger club so it will be tough to get a new contract (it's still 3 more years left). That couldn't be done with my best goalie Adam Larsson, he's moving to Porto but they agreed to delay a transfer until july.
  21. Thanks, so seems like no extraordinary outcomes. That Stal Mielec rollercoaster looks kinda wild though, could be a nice challenge to take them around 29/30 season to do a rebuild. I was expecting better results for Wieczysta due to their financial ability but looks like money can't buy you glory. I'm glad to see my hometown Stal Stalowa Wola finally doing good after years of drought, being stuck in 3rd division for so long feels painful, but I saw they got to Polish Cup semi final so I assume their squad is fairly strong now
  22. [FM23] Reymersholms IK - season 37 - 2059 Two really nice prospects with good looking attributes but weak personalities Another title, it was a tough battle until last game. The continuing Champions League ended quick for us in first knock out round, we couldn't handle Arsenal. And in current edition we reached play off spot again so now we need some luck with a good draw. Just look at that, domestic players awards dominated by our players. I'm impressed with Ayham Homsi and his rapid improvement which got him a staring striker spot ending with tons of goals. One step closer to maxing out youth facilities
  23. Congrats on your championship! Can you show how lower divisions look like now? Any unexpected teams going up or maybe some fallen giants?
