FM 25 DEVELOPMENT UPDATE
Mcfc1894 replied to OmnissiahMasteR's topic in Football Manager General Discussion
As FM is a Simulation games it should be like that in a sense as its aim is too make it as true to real life as possible so it’s only right we can try and us the formations and ideas that they use in real life -
An AI team getting 96 points very encouraging for improvement in AI in long term saves nice to see

So many goals from set pieces -
FM needs to implement some sort of difficulty option imo to separate the casual games to the hardcore
-
if anything for me in the Beta stages the game and when it was first released game did feel too easy if anything and im not sure they mentioned that there has been any AI changes unless im mistaken i do not think it looks too bad yes you are underachieving your XG but only by a figure of -2 yes defending has been a problem but for me it been a problem since beta stage for both me and the AI

started new save fm 24 18 managers out of 20 in la Liga all have wing play as tactics premier league is 14/20
-
The game is completely broken

I would love to know what happened to the improved AI Mangers which was promised as a major feature for FM23 can notice little difference in anything the AI managers do you can still stick in same plug and play tactics and massively overachieve it’s not realistic -
The AI really needs improving
Mcfc1894 replied to ThisIsMyStory1874's topic in Football Manager General Discussion
For me Increasing the difficulty would make a youth only save more interesting you would need to spend years developing to compete and for players to get high enough PA that much more rewarding than doing it in a game which is maybe too easy -
Moral has been and still is super overpowered of course its important in real life but one drop in moral your players looked like they never kicked a ball before and if your moral is very good you play like Brazil 1970 no matter the team or tactics. Tactics should be the biggest thing in the game but you can just put in the same tactic for the entire season with nobody exploiting anything what happened to the improvement to Ai managers which was a key feature last game. Or is that another feature that just is all sounds good in your blog post But in game it’s nowhere to be seen

And yet it’s still lower than real life -
Player injuries
Mcfc1894 commented on Mata98's issue in Player Development, Injuries, Finances and Training
lack of injury problems was a reason for poor rotation in previous editions which was part of the reason young players did not develop as much as they should do as they never played -
