The difference was in the region of 1GB RAM - 1.2GB RAM. This leads me to belive that it is Windows 10 itself which allocates resources differently based on how much you have. I am planning on upgrading my laptop RAM to 16GB low latency as well and will repeat the test there as well.

Yes, If you have more RAM, then FM will use more. I specifically tested this theory in FM17, FM18 and FM19. I took one save, randomly (had 8 nations loaded like I usually do comprising of about 15 leagues) and started playing it on my laptop (8GB RAM) and the game itself used about 5.5GB RAM. Then I downloaded the same save from the cloud into my PC, which has 16GB RAM and boom: the game used 7.5GB of memory.
If you are wondering if more RAM will impact the speed in FM, the short answer is YES. But it's the principle behind that needs to be understood: It's not just the ammount of RAM that matters, but the actual speed (frequency and latency) of the RAM is even more important especially for people that have at least 8GB. Example: if you have 4GB, then upgrading to 8GB is the best thing you can do. Now, if you have 8GB of really slow RAM, upgrading to 16GB of the same slow RAM will have little impact. Howver, if you upgrade to 8GB or 16GB of really fast RAM ... you will be amazed by the difference. This is kinda the long answer

I could buy Kingston HyperX 2x8gb 2400mghz CL 14
But PC and laptop components are not the same so maybe that's why and PC also can use graphic card rams?

How much RAM memory is using your computer when you are simulating FM 19 ?
I have 8gb and it says that notebook is using 6,1GB and 1,9 is free something like that...
I wonder if someone have more RAM and FM is using more or is it max that it can use ...

It is however getting very difficult to progress as the league is now up to three star reputation, but the rest of the league is far off the standard we are at, only five other teams are professional and pretty much every win we now win every game in the league, I may be hitting a glass ceiling soon.
So basically in country like that your best players value will not go much higher? 3mln pounds for player like that is like nothing... ;/
Are top clubs trying to buy them ? or because they are not well known and they don't scout you often they don't see them ?

Have you tried to get Origi for free? There is so many players with contract ending every season it is good to take them and even if they will not play that good to sell them and make profit

Can anyone recommend an elite level young CD for Atletico? De Ligt choose United over me, Maresic did the same for Arsenal. PSG have unfortunately met Godin's release clause and he has left and he will be very hard to replace. I also only got 50% of the fee as 50% was owed to someone else. I then only got 30% of the 50% so not much!

Obviously the cups weren't over, as we also played in an "Intermediate Cup" - which brings our total trophy count for the season to five.
The real pinnacle was the dramatic Northern Irish Cup final - the win means that we'll play in Europe next year! Our record runs were something for the books, as we haven't registered a loss since October! The budgets for next season are plenty more than I can even ask for.
So how many CUP's there is ? and with good or weak opponents?

I have put together the English, Scottish and N. Irish leagues running, and made these transfer dealings. Splashing out the "record" 24K for Ben Paton might not seem like the greatest of ideas, but I wanted to sign the Blackburn youngster, as he can literally play anywhere - such versatility can come really handy in the event of an injury crisis. I will be using the same tactics as I did on my Bayern save, TFF's Punisher produces great and dominating football, which is what I will be aiming for, considering the gulf in class between me and everyone else.
Will you help Larne hear Champions League music?
I am wondering how it is playing with foreground sugar daddy with so small club after few seasons
Is 4 mln Euro much more than the rest of the teams have in the league ?

It can increase over time, it isn't locked. As I said above, even if somebody has reached their maximum CA their attributes can still change - it just means some attributes have to reduce to allow others to increase. If that didn't happen, everyone would be able to increase their attributes exponentially.

Yes but here something must drop so something else will go up...but in reality players with age not all but most play better due to experience change of character etc and they don't become worse in technical or physical for example players like in 26-30 y.o.
For example in reality you can sign the best player from 2nd league and he will be first team player, in game if someone is 2nd league he is locked and will have 2nd league abilities... but first league experience and leading by coaches can make player better mentally

1.Are attributes like team work, stamina not taking CA points? What about others non hidden that you are sure that are not taking CA?
2.Is the player able to reach better mental attributes due to experience even if he reach PA? or at least some of them ?

Is it possible that game is "setting the match =printing a score" ? I mean in I played with Villarreal and they are Valencia's rivals and I got 2 goals set as offside but in 1st one there is no way he is offside, in second maybe because they are in the same line but in this 1st goal there is so many players before him...
In this situation Paradizo scored a goal with a head and referee said it was offside there was no replay of game showing offside lines etc after that...
