  4. A club cannot be promoted to J3 unless it holds a J3 club license. This is clearly stated on the J League official website. https://www.jleague.jp/news/article/24405/ If the clubs ranked 2nd or higher in the JFL have not received a club license decision to join the J.League, clubs ranked 3rd or lower will not be moved up. https://www.jleague.jp/news/article/26118/ Items related to average attendance and finances assume that the club holds a license. It is an unspoken fact that corporate clubs such as HONDA FC, Sony Sendai, Maruyasu, and MinebeaMitsumi do not wish to be promoted from the JFL. However, we won't know in 50 years. But I'm not sure whether that implicit fact should be set as an in-game setting. https://twitter.com/Honda_FC/status/1166156856206610432 HONDA FC's official Twitter has hinted that they have no desire to be promoted.
  5. I understand. I know it's very difficult for you, but please do your best.
  6. Currently, the countries stipulated in the work permit rules are the J League's own rules and are not national rules. The rule that these countries are not treated as foreigners should originally be set in Suqad registration. There have always been rules that do not treat certain countries as foreign nationals. Using the work permit rule will affect all tournaments in Japan. Although it doesn't officially exist, if I added a level 4 league in the editor, it would have a rule that doesn't treat certain countries as foreigners. This rule is unique to the J League. It is not related to tournaments below level 4. Requires Suqad rules using Agreements. example) Foreign Players Except <J-League Partner Countries> J-League Partner Countries > Set to Agreements
  7. It was missing 1 match ban after 2 yellow cards 2 match ban after 2 yellow cards If the player accumulates 2 yellow cards for the third time, he will be suspended for 2 games, same as the second time.
  8. The disciplinary rules are the same for all tournaments, but I think this is a mistake. This is especially true regarding the handling of yellow cards. All-Japan Cup has different rules from J123 League, League Cup, and Super Cup. 1) J1,J2,J3 League 1 match ban after 4 yellow cards 2 match ban after 4 yellow cards If the player accumulates 4 yellow cards for the third time, he will be suspended for 2 games, same as the second time. 2) League Cup 1 match ban after 2 yellow cards 2 match ban after 2 yellow cards If the player accumulates 2 yellow cards for the third time, he will be suspended for 2 games, same as the second time. 3) Super Cup Super Cup yellow cards do not affect other competitions. However, a red card or two yellow cards in one match will affect the next tournament. 4) All-Japan Cup 1 match suspension for 2 yellow cards As a general rule, suspensions due to accumulated yellow cards apply only to that tournament. Suspensions due to accumulated yellow cards in the J1 League do not affect other competitions such as the League Cup. All of these are based on the regulations published by the J League and JFA. I can present the document if necessary. However, the document is in Japanese.
  9. I think the correct match rules for the Super Cup should be the same as the J League match rules. If a J2 club participates in the Super Cup, I think the J2 League rules will apply. I don't think there are any rules regarding amateur players.
  10. There are no regulations regarding the participation of foreigners in the match rules. But in reality, it does exist. This is part of the document that stipulates the tournament regulations published by the JFA. 1)Teams outside of the J-League are only allowed to have up to three foreign players participate in a match. 2) J1 League clubs can have up to five foreigners participate in matches. 3) J2&J3 League clubs can have up to four foreigners participate in matches. 4) Members of J.League affiliated countries are not treated as foreigners.
  11. There are no HG rules in League Cup. They are only required to start one player under the age of 21. The regulations are published in the link below. 【公式】2023シーズン U-21選手出場施策について:Jリーグ公式サイト(J.LEAGUE.jp) (jleague.jp)
  12. I posted the same content in different threads. Mistake in J League match rules
  13. HG rules are necessary for Squad Registration, but are not rules for matches. Should be set to Squad Registration.
