  1. Perfect. Thank you. Politehnica Timisoara was not promoted, so It became another team ACS Kids Tampa Brasov So, already pretty good youth facilities and also the squad is quite big to start, with some good young players to work with.
  2. I am going to try this one again, always wanted to do Romania. Third tier seems to be view-only, so can I pick a promoted team in the second tier?
  3. Long time no update and I forgot to post one season, so just a short one for this season and then the one, where I actually am in my save a bit more detailed Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 36/37 League - Champions League - Squad - Transfers - Finances A very dominant season in the domestic league, finishing with 80 points, which is the highest ever. Never in danger to not get the league title and we also once again won the cup. The most important is still the Champions League and there we did not even make the Playoff Round after just winning two games in the League Phase. We kept our squad together, only selling the legend Lior Gennish 25B after he failed to make the first elevn very often. The two best players are still Salami-Vaddai and Leidner. Both have one year left on their contract and I wont sell them, since we have no problem financially. But we will loose them, but trying for a last Champions League push. Intake 37 Not sure whats excellent about this preview Yeah and the intake looks a bit meh, only Ovadia who looks decent So this review a bit more in detail Hapoel Ra'anana Season Preview Season 37/38 League - Champions League - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers League An even better year than the last. Easily winning the league and every cup possible with pure dominance. This was by far the best squad we ever had so we could rotate in the league and play the strongest squad in the Champions League. Not much else to say. We are the best team in Israel by far and even tho, we will loose our best players, I dont think this will change. Champions League Also our best Champions League campaign, loosing in the Quarterfinal to Liverpool in rather heartbreaking fashion. We won at home and I had hope but then we lost by 2 goals at Anfield. Key Players Last season with Salami-Vaddai 32A and Leidner 33A. The two best intake products we have ever had and they will both join Manchester United, alongside Herzel Zikri, who they signed for his release clause. Besides them it was Harel Lax 34A, scoring 47 goals in his first season as our starting striker Besides them we managed to keep Landau 32C, Levi 34B, Levi 33B and Lomovski 32B Transfers As I said we loose our two best players in Salami-Vaddai and Nas Leidner, which is pretty sad but nothing I could do Intake 38 New HoYD but looked like a bad intake Wasnt that bad in the end, with three players I am excited for Winning the Champions League is unrealistic for the moment, so I try growing the reputation and keep my players We have been able to get a youth facilities upgrade and also some nice affiliations
  4. @Neo_Geoty very much. This could be a game changer for my Israel save Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 35/36 League - Champions League - Squad - U19Squad - Transfers - Finances League Another league title for us. Even tho it was pretty close once again, we are pretty clear the best team in Israel. The squad remained the same with the addition of last years intake Zikri35A, who immediatly started upfront. I still try to rotate players in and play the strongest squad in the CL, which resulted in some league losses/draws. Our problem position is the central midfield, where we dont have depth and also lack some quality. Unfortunately we lost Alex Holland in January, so we are left with one left back Champions League First time getting to the Round of 16 after beating Atletico in the Playoff Knockout Round. Undoubtly our biggest success so far, beating a team like Atletico. In the quarterfinals we had no Chance against Barcelona. Key Players Still Leidner and Salami-Vaddai. And the two are wanted by half of Europe. Zikri from last years intake pretty much immediately became one of our best players Leidner also won the Golden Boy award and appeared on the Nxt Gn List woth Salami-Vaddai, at the positions 2 and 3 Intake 36 We have alot of strikers in our squad and of course the only A is again a striker. Did not look promising And the intake wasnt really good in the end, even tho I hope the left back will develop At the end of the season, we have been able to get another youth facility upgrade
  5. Where can I find this tip? I have the same problem in Israel with release clauses not-negotiable at around 3 millions
  6. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Preview Season 34/35 League - Champions League - Squad - U19Squad - Transfers - Finances League Another League title and a new record. Never has a team won the league with less points, but we take it anyway. Its the 4th championship in 5 years and we are the biggest team in Israel. After a difficult start we once again decided it in the championship phase. Some losses are also due to our Champions League play, as I try to play the strongest squad in the Champions League and we have some very good players with some not so good backups. Still nice to do the double again with the league and the cup win. Champions League Again we made it to the knockout playoff stage but not further. We lost 1:5 in Köln but the won the homegame 4:3. Another try to go a round further next year Key Players Nas Leidner 33A and Salami-Vaddai 32A are our two best players. Both without a release clause and under contract till 38. I wont sell them and probably run out their contracts as we dont need the money. Lugasi 29B still our topscorer Next men up Maor Levi33B is becoming a first team regular, Yakir Landau 32C already is as well as Banay 31B Besides them there are Dayan29A, Lomovski 32B, Iluz 31D and Tsarfati 33G Intake 35 Again pretty offensive heavy. Was hoping for a good central midfielder, as we lack depth and quality there Instead another striker who seems to be the best. A beast of player at just 15 years old Herzel Zikri 35A by far the best of them. Great player for 15 but of course wanted a release clause directly of 2.6 millions. Not gonna hold him for long I think Progressing slowly and we have a window with our best players without a release clause
  7. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 33/34 League - Europa League - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Another Championship for us and it was the most comfortable one until now. 77 point is a new record for us and we had some distance between us pretty early as we had a fantastic start to the season. Second half of the season was less pretty but also due to some more release clauses triggered. With Shukrani (Tottenham), Brami (Lyon) and Ayash (Brest) we lost another three key players and this is getting frustrating. Luckily we have nice intakes and are somehow able to replace them even tho we dont have the best depth which resulted in injuries at the end of the season. We also once again won the cup and did a nice double. Europa League After last years 3rd place we only got into the Europa League. After a more or less successfull League phase we hammered Feyernoord in the Knockout Round before loosing to Hoffenheim in the Round of 16. Key Players Our best guy is Nes Leidner33A from last years intake. He is only 16 years old and has no release clause. He is a hell of a player. We have a strong central defense with Banay 31B and Salami-Vaddai 32A. Liran Dayan 29A is still with us and Lugasi 29D still banging in goals. He scored 50 this year Nes Leidner 33A Sinai Banay 31B Salami-Vaddai 32A Liran Dayan29A Leidner and Salami-Vaddai have also been on the NxtGn List Best prospects Well, some of our best prospects are already key players. But Landau32C was replacing Ayash. Iluz 32D is making progress and Lomovski 32 B is replacing Shukrani Intake 34 Another excellent preview with a GK as an A Looks okbut nothing special Its going well but the next step will be hard to take as half of europa is hunting my best players and they always want a release clause when signing their second contract
  8. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 32/33 Table - Champions League - Cups Won - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances No league title this year and our lowest point total in 3 years. First half of the season went very well, but in the championship round we just gave up too many losses. It did not come as a big suprise as we lost our Keeper at the start of the season to Tottenham for 1.8 millions (release clause) and had to go back to Melika who is here since the beginning. Otherwise we lost our second star player from the 30 intake, Oren Cohen. The rest we could keep and it was again our star striker Lugasi 29B, who was our best player, scoring 40 goals this season. Otherwise we tried to include a few youngsters, but it was mainly the same players carrying the team. That 29 intake was a really nice one. We still one three trophies. The Alu-Hafim (Cupwinner against League winner), The israel cup and the Toto Cup, which is some random tournement before the season starts. In the Champions League we got comfortably into the league phase and got more points than last year, even could play a playoff game against Roma. But we had no chance there. Still a long long way of really competing Lugasi 29B, Shukrani 29C, Dayan 29A, Ayash 29D our Key Players this season Brami 30C, Banay31B, Salami -Vaddai 32A, Iluz31D are the ones who broke into the first team this year Transfers We lost our two best players due to release clauses for 1.8 millions and that hurt. Especially Itzhak 30B. Intake 33 As we lost Itzhak it was nice to see an A GK The intake itself looked better than the preview and I think Leidner is one of the best prospects we ever had at the club, which probably means we will loose him in three years due to a release clause We got a GK and as I said Leidner, who looks really promising Best news of the season is that I can finally upgrade the youth facilities!!
  9. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 31/32 (Back to back Champions) Table - Champions League -Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Champions for the second time in a row, this time with even fewer point than last season and I think we are becoming the best team in Israel even tho that strongly depens on the next transfer window, as nearly all my starting eleven is wanted and nearly all of them have a release clause. So it is possible that it goes sideways very quickly. We lost Lidan Sa'ar but had his backup already at the club with Oren Cohen 30A. The two standouts from the 30 intake are gone this offseason, as they have release clauses not that high. Unfortunately all the players want them, so there is no chance. Oren Cohen 30A and Itzhak30B are these two players Besides them it was Nir Ayash 20D, who progressed himself into the starting lineup this season. And also Sa'ar Lugasi29B becoming our first team striker after he progressed slowly in the first two years. Nehoray Shukrani 29C will be the next man up in case Cohen leaves. And also Dayan 29A is looking good, but unfortunately I think someone will trigger the release clause Dayan and Cohen also made it on the NxtGn List at 5 and 24 Champions League Qualification was already a success. We qualified after two victories on penalties. In the League Phase we had no Chance only winning one against LASK. Intake 32 We can use everything as we keep loosing players Three Elite Talents which is good and despite the preview, the best of them seems to be central defender Salami-Vaddai, who will start playing games in the first team pretty soon. Unfortunately not a good personality. Lomovski with Driven seems the second best of the bunch Still no youth facility upgrades possible, which honestly sucks. We have so much money in the bank but cannot spend it.
  10. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 30/31 (Isreal Champions) Table - Conference League - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Absolutely fantastic season ending with the first league title in Isreal. Since I started 71 point would have never won the title, but we take it anyway. And I thought it would be a difficult season, as we had to sell Koral Bar-On 27A at the start of the season. Olympique Marseille triggered his release clause and there was nothing we could do. But it was once again Lior Gennish 25B who stepped up as a striker, scoring a fantastic 35 goals this season. And through the first half of the season, it was St. Gallen triggering the release clause for our second best player Klemi Ben-Melech 27B. But we have alot of youngsters by now, who could fill the voyd. Liran Dayan 29A became a first team regular. From last years intake it was Oren Cohen 30A played a role in his first season as well as Itzhak 30B, who will become our first choice keeper next season. Avihai Gabay 28F, Lidan Sa'ar 26A and Moshe Goren 26C have been the other Key Players. Our first international adventure endet in the Quarter-Finals against Strasbourg. We had no chance and lost 3-7 on aggregate. Dayan29A also made it on the NxtGn List Our first international was Ben-Melech shortly because he left And this successfull season led to the board deciding on a new stadium Intake 31 Yeah not the best preview but at least good positions Better intake than the preview suggested. The two centre-backs look really good Asi Boiter 31A Sinay Banay 31B Next year Champions League for the first time. Would be nice to make the group stage
  11. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 29/30 Table - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Great Season. For the first time we got into the championship group. We had no chance playing for the title but a excellent 4th place finish secured us a spot in the qualification rounds for the Conference League. It was pretty close to get in, but then we secured some nice wins to get 4th. Liel Barrett 25A played a great last season for us, he will be heading to Salernitana at the end of his contract after 143 appereances for Hapoel Ra'anana. Klemi Ben-Melech 27B is becoming our best player but I dont think we will be able to hold him for much longer, as he has a release clause and alot of clubs want him. Same for Koral BAr-On 27A. We finally have a new left back with Avihai Gabay 28F, who progressed nicely and became our first team choice. In the center of the defense, it was Moshe Goren 26C, who progressed even more and Lidan Sa'ar 26A in defensive midfield. With more matches next season, i will have to rotate more players in. In central midifield it is Liran Dayan from last years intake who is already on the level of our two top midfielders Intake 30 Alot of As and with the depart of Barrett and the potential depart of Ben-Melech I was hoping for a nice winger Well it was not the winger, instead it is looking like a great Defensive midfielder and a great GK. But also Brami and Maric are not looking too bad. All in all, very happy with the intake Love to see that fairly professional personality with Cohen I am hoping he is developing well, as GK is the only position we dont have a intake player in the starting 11 yet Just sucks, that I am not able to upgrade the youth facilities and they stay on an average
  12. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 28/29 Table - Squad - U19Squad - Transfers - Finances Third 8th place finish in a row. Again we just missed out on the championship group and had no Chance of playing for the european spots. Nevertheless a pretty successfull season, with some nice development of our intake guys. Especially Kolan Bar-On 27A and Klemi Ben-Melech 27B from last years intake, immediately took a role in the first team and progressed nicely. Topscorer was once again Lior Gennish 25B but he wont be the starter for much longer as Bar-On ist getting better and better. Liel Barrett 25A is still our best player, but we wont have the chance to keep him for much longer as some teams are sniffing around and he has a release clause. In defense it was Moshe Goren 26C who got more starts, but the defense is still our weakest link. At least we have found a good right back in last years intake who became our first team regular this year. Moshe Levy 28A Koral Bar-On 27A Klemi Ben-Melech27B Moshe Levy 28A Intake 29 Again no defenders and another striker in the preview. Did not excite me too much Turns out, it looks like another beautiful intake with very good talents. Unfortunately again some unambitous personalities. My next goal is to get in the championship group. I think we have a pretty decent squad by now with 1st league players in nearly every position, so I think we can aim for that.
  13. First of all congrats to @HenTheChicken and @the_hdk. Great Job completing the challenge Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 27/28 League - Squad - U19Squad - Transfers - Finances Another very good season in the books. We once again finished 8th after just missing out on the championship group. We still relied on three of the initial players, other wise we have a young squad of regens. Liel Barrett 25A is our best player and Porto wants him but did not activate his clause yet and he has two years left on his contract. Lior Gennish 25B became our first team striker after we decided to let Awawdi go and he immediatly had a great season with 29 goals. In central midfield its still Elkaslasy 24A and Ben-Naim 24H running the show. In defensive midfield it is Lidan Sa'ar 26A who became our regular starter. We had to sell our best player Ben David and it was Shai Zion 25C who stepped up and got a run in the first team. The big problem is still the defense, where we have alot of players with bad personalities and despite first team football they are not really progressing. Luckily we have a great keeper who is still young. Best prospect ist another striker with Koral Bar-On from last years intake. Transfers I dont know what it is with Porto and our players but they are interessted in three of them and unfortuantely Ben David they got for his realease clause of 450k Intake 28 Exciting preview with some full backs and I desperatly need full backs. And despite the F 5 potential centre-backs coming through. Otherwise still very offensive heavy The intake itself was very very nice Two professional right backs and two left backs (even though the left backs seems to lack potential but gabay is fairly professional) Moshe Levy, Shlush and Edri I really like Moshe Levi Mishel Shlush Avi Edri Bad news is, that the poaching is on But no suprise since we maxed out youth recruitement and junior coaching. I just cannot update the youth facilities, dont know why. I never had the option and to make things worse, they have been downgraded at the end of the season
  14. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 26/27 Table - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Nice Season in the League Tel Aviv, finishing 8th and never been in danger of going down. I didnt overthink it this time and didnt change to a defensive tactic and it worked out. We have already alot of Academy players in the first 11. Especially in central midfield and all the offensiv positions we have godd players and depth. Liel Barrett 27A and Ben David 25B in the wider positions are our two best players right now. In central midfield its Liam Elkaslasy 25A and Avi Ben-Naim 24 H who are running the show. In Defense we have big holes and the only academy player, playing regularly in the first eleven is Eliko Hadassi 25D and he is making progress slowly. This unambitious personality does not help. The next two who will become first team regulars next season are Lidan Sa'ar 26A and Lior Gennish 25B. Youth Intake 27 After the upgrades I was hoping for a good intake and the preview looked like a nice one. The only bad thing, it is again very offensive heavy with no central defenders or full backs and I need them, Two wonderful players ins Ben - Melech and Bar-On and with good personalities and high determination. Then two Defensive midfielders but unfortunately nothing for the back line. I will try to continue upgrade everything possible (finances in Israel are very nice) and survive in League Tel-Aviv
  15. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 25/26 Table - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances After a dominant season we go straight to the Top League again. After last years relegation, we have been smashing it this season. Very early it was quite clear that we would fight for promotion again and after a great start, we never looked back. It helped, that Ofek Melika (who we kept on a month to motn contract, but couldnt play him) suddenly was happy again and wanted to sign a new contract, so we have a GK who is actually good again. Might improve our Chances of staying up this time. Muhamed Awadwi was scoring goals for fun. 44 this season. Melika, Awawdi, Sirkis and Bar-On are the non academy players on which we still rely on very regularly. The best academy players who became regular starters are a few. Barrett 25A, David 24B, Elkaslasy 24A, Avi Ben-Haim 24H are the best of them In the Top League we tried some tactics but this season we went back to our successfull simple press with some control and it worked wonderfully Youth Intake This years intake was unfortunately not the best, despite upgrades in Coaching and Recruitement. Three players stand out with. The two Elite Talents and Goren with a Driven Mentality. Happy to see a DM, since this is a position I would like an upgrade Next Season I hope to be more competitive than the last time we have been to the Top League. Some of the intake players improved quite alot so we should have a better squad with more options. Wouldnt be surprised if we go straight down again.
  16. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 24/25 Table - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Relegation Yeah well, turns out the Liga Tel Aviv came to early. We never had a chance of staying up as we had by far the weakest squad and went on a glorious 18 match winless run. In the relegation stage of the competition we were able to get some points but it was too little too late. We were able to give two players from last years intake some games and they progress ok. Especially David (34B) seems to make good progress but also Elksaslasy (24A) comes along. In the lower league I will start playing the young guys even more and slowly make the transition to only intake players when they start becoming 18. We still rely on some of the old one like Roy Levy . Intake 25 Not a bad preview but also not as good as last years Liel Barrett (24A) the best of them And also exited about Gennish, due to his high determination The rest doesnt have the best personalities but seem to have some potential.
  17. Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 23/24 Squad - U19 Squad - Finances - Transfers First Season and we already gain Promotion. Great season overall, but the starting conditions were already great. We had a great squad with really good players for nearly every position. Especially Ofek Melika was key and already a good player for Liga Tel Aviv, but he does not want to extend his contract, so we are going to loose him. In Defense we had Season Klimkim holding it together and Tomer Barzilai as a deep laying playmaker. On Offense it was Omer Buaron having a fantastic season with 21 goals and 10 assists from the left wing. Roy Levy also a key player. We did not change much tacticwise during the season. Our high press with some control in posession seemed to be working great. Youth Intake Great first intake with alot of A's but the personalites arent that great. A few of them will get first team minutes for sure Elkaslasy (24A) and David (24B) seem to be the best of them.
  18. Finally can start this challenge again. Decided to go to a smaller country (Isreal) and luckily a club with great conditions got promoted (reset date for Isreal is the 20th of June) I will be managing Hapoel Ra'Aanana Already pretty good facilities and a great club vision with "develop player using the clubs youth system" The starting Squad is big and also looking decent and the media prediction is finishing 10th. Most of the contracts run only one year, so I hope it will be possible to prolonge some of them For this great challenge, of course our manager has absolutely no experience Let the fun (and the pain) begin!
