Couldn't find anywhere on Steam to get a refund am I being blind? I've refunded games previously.

Everything here is spot on, its another total con by SI, just another reface of already present features to sell the game. Utter shambles.

After some initial play now, it just feels like a reface of some previous features, very disappointing. ME some improvements have been made but still seeing things that haven't been fixed for years. Nothing new is making me play the game any different or think " Oh cool this is good". Every year I convince myself to buy it and disappointment continues.
