First test and found groups where there is no reduction of teams or not the one it should, teams from other groups...

This is a first version, many things to add, and sure things to fix. I've not tested it yet, but have all groups with dynamic relegation added.

By the way I unhappily have to say marking the not use for clubs ending season date is not working for B Teams autorelegation and dynamic system, had it in some tests while testing groups

Let me time to copy the system to all groups, hehehe (and take into account they have double the work as only a few groups are not provisional
PD: Maybe was a problem with Flexible/Fixed Format. Let me checkPD2: Can confirm was that and another stupid error with a division wrongly connected

I'm with the same problem as artveal, both doing the same work seems, hahahahaha.
That is now in Spanish third there are
3 Groups with 16 teams (2 relegations & 3 promotions from lower division). Needs +1
1 Group with 16 teams (3 relegations & 4 promotions from lower division) Needs +1
4 Groups with 17 teams (3 relegations & 3 promotions from lower division) - well one was of 18, but that team missing was expelled from the league- Needs +0
2 Group with 17 teams (4 relegations & 4 promotions from lower division) Needs +0
1 Group with 17 teams (4 relegations & 3 promotions from lower division) Needs -1
2 Groups with 18 teams (4 relegations & 3 promotions) Needs -1
1 Group with 19 teams (5 relegations & 3 promotions) Needs -2
2 Groups with 20 teams (6 relegations & 3 promotions) Needs -3
1 Group with 21 teams (7 relegations & 4 promotions) Needs -3
1 Group with 21 teams (7 relegations & 3 promotions) Needs -4
Reduction would work well if all groups were the same reduction or similar. But actually I'm getting in example in Group 2 there are 6 relegations and 3 promotions, all well, But if 1 extra team is relegated it should be 7 relegations & 3 promotions but are 7 relegations & 4 promotions

Now found a new problem, all Third Division groups will get 16 teams the next year, but seems impossible to make dynamic relegation+different number of relegations/promotions. Or am I in a error?
I mean without creating next level which I suppose would make it work

By the way working perfectly what I tested, still many groups to get their phases and see what happens with seasons, but is a good start. Thanks a lot

There is rule where B team is auto-relegated if main club is relegated from league above. Tried to help some guy to create danish system but we had this issue.
Yeah I know the rule, creates a problem because we can't make an extra phase looking for that and would be a hell to represent, maybe for FM23, SI would dare to give dynamic relegations in regional groups...But still a problem with exceptions like that of B teams relegations due to A team relegations is minor compared to teams in random groups

Take a look at PFL Subotica and PFL Sombor. Its 2 level 5 leagues with promotion playoff between those 2. Promotion playoff is located in parent division (Okruzne lige).
You will see stage named playoff- its used to decide is there one more promotion spot and to reduce number of fixed relegations.
Just keep in mind - this is fm17 file and seedings are reversed - its fixed after fm18.
Also if you have B teams you should avoid this system because i had problems with that.
Some hidden fm rules are hardcoded and we cant do anything about that.

PD: I guess creating a new previous group with the promoted team, the relegated teams and selecting the max number of relegations so if there is a promotion it gets the promoted one and one relegated team less. Later add ignoring this prometed team in next phase.
I found no way to get one less dynamic relegation team if there is an extra promotion to higher division :'(
Hope @krlenjushkahas an idea or knows how to do it, as his tutorial was so great...

Well is a bit more complex, not in Murcia as its straight but others like Catalonia have 1 group in Third Division and 3 groups in Regional First, but teams promotes from those 3 go to the catalan third division group and the other way aroung for relegations

I know the second, as is not meant to be playable division, can be solved by the dirty conversion of regions with various groups into one with all the teams there, but if there was another option...

Hi, I'm trying to make Spanish Federation Third Division playable with correct rules and I'm getting some problems:
1) There are 18 groups this years, 4 groups have 16 teams, 7 have 17 teams, 2 have 18 teams, 1 has 19 teams, 2 have 20 teams & other 2 have 21 teams during current season, but all groups, except 2 of the 17 teams ones, will be capped at 16 teams per group.
I added correct promotions from unplayable next level, correct relegations from each 3rd Federation Group and made the groups to have 16 teams on 22/23 season. The problem is the game continues promoting the same number of teams as the ones relegated on 21/22 (ex. in group 2 there should be 6 relegations and get 3 promotions from lower league, but ends up promoting 6 teams from lower division). This makes the difference within teams in group (20) versus places in group (16) are 4 teams that are marked as being part of the group but not participating.
I tried to fix this with the option in Promotion/Relegation-Promotion from Lower Division Rules number of additional teams from lower division to promote and adding either the number of teams that should not promote globally (seems this works that level) and also only adding the correct number to each group. But none is able to get the approval of the rules checker, there is always one or more groups with incorrect number of teams.
2) The other problem is the teams relegated to a subgroup inside the next level regional division (example teams relegated from Group 5 in Third Federation Division should be divided among 3 Groups of Primera Catalana) assigning relegation division to be Spanish Primera Regional makes teams appearing there and not in correct subgroups.
Anyone has an idea on how to solve this two problems?

So I get to Group 1, Promotion Stage.
When I should only play (home & away) against the 3 teams that were not in my group during First Phase (marked them with red). Cultural Leonesa, Burgos CF and Real Sporting B. The game makes me play also against the ones that I have already played before in the previous phase. (Marked in Yellow)
This is a mistake, and the same mistake repeats in all the "Second Phase", not only in Promotion Stage, but also Playoff and Relegation Stage. Hope I made myself clear and that this mistake can be fixed.
This also happen in the second league round in each level Promotion to 2nd Division, Promotion to 2ªB Pro and Relegation, you are playing against everyone instead of the correct teams from the other subgroup
