    Can you check if your anti-virus isn't interfering with the game. - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/19453976523409 Can you also try logging out/in of Steam. If the message appears again, can we please get a screenshot, thank you.

    Can you all try changing your Download Region. Go to Steam > Settings > Downloads tab Under Download region, select the region that you are in or that is closest to you. You can also try various regions near your location. After making this change, restart Steam and try to rerun your game. Plus double checking your Graphics Driver is fully up to date and trying low config mode (--config very_low).

    Ah yes, Windows 8.1 would be the issue. The minimum is Windows 10 to play FM24.

    The reason you would have Havertz at Arsenal is because in real life he joined on the 28th June 2023. And you start 'Your World' mode on July 3rd 2023.
