Hey everyone, we have just have released a minor update which addresses the issue with loading specific save files after the 23.3 update. The Minor Update is now live on Steam, Epic, Windows Store, Xbox and PS5. The update will arrive on Apple Arcade and Nintendo Switch at a later date.

Hi, this isn't a bug. Players do not need to participate, if the club win a competition and a player has a bonus in their contract, they will get a bonus.

Hello, this is a known issue we're currently investigating. @Digijustin you are correct in that it is hardcoded to use the MLS, so if you edit the MLS instead, it should work. Another thing worth noting is that the MLS is required to have 24 teams in order for the North American continental cups to run. In your original file, changing the rules to affect the MLS and then increasing to 24 teams should allow the cups to run.

Hello, looking at your save, Traore isn't leaving the club, he's on transfer & loan list but doesn't have a transfer away arranged. The unhappiness was generated when the player (Mvoue) was signed.

Hello, nothing is hard coded, if he's not got the right attributes & mentality then it's more likely he'll fail. There's no guarantees a coach will ever pass the coaching course, and the continental licence is harder to acquire.

Hi @Akasha The user made a promise to the board during the conversation 'increase junior coaching budget' on 08/04/22 (promise and date can be seen on the 'manager home - promises' page) to give youth players a chance in the first team, the board explicitly state in that conversation 'you should be aware failure to live up to the promises you've made here will result in the termination of your contract' and the user has failed to live up to the promise they chose to make. It's nothing to do with the 'sign players' objective, it's because the user has failed a specific promise to the board.
