Hello, could you please send us your save file and your .rec file. To find your .rec file, navigate to your matches folder then open the automatic folder. C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\matches\automatic. You should be able to find your match in here and see a file with a name ending in .rec. Save a copy of this file and keep it somewhere safe, since otherwise playing any further matches will overwrite this .rec file. We only store the last match played. Provide this .rec file along with a save game from directly before the match you played. This is key since a .rec file is useless without the save game beforehand. Thank you.
