[[FM20] Maltese league file v2.0 [released on 23/02/2020]]

Really impressive work. 

A couple of questions:

1) when I downloaded the equivalent database for an old version of FM it seemed like all the maltese clubs/leagues had had reputation boosts, players were increased CA across the board, etc. Is that the case in this version?

2) Since you do this  work every year, what's stopping you and the game makers from working together to get all this information into the actual game database, perhaps with Malta then becoming a playable league?

[Bizarre offside disallowal]

Took a free kick, everyone onside. Defender heads in, no other touch, goal disallowed because a winger 20 yards away from the headed goal was in an offside position when the header was taken.

Seems like a bizarre interpretation of old "interfering with play" rule, but is straightfowardly wrong by modern rules.

[Strikers underperforming across the league]

Yep, this is ridiculous. I tried to design a tactic to supply the ball in to a central complete striker's feet: result, an average of about 10 touches a game, half from kick-offs.

 

Examples attached - some from wins and some from losses. All basically playing with 10 men despite having 2 of the best strikers in the league.
