I think this is a good trade for us. We got a lot of cover at RB, so one of them can go. I think we are set for the 2023 draft. Dont think we even trade 7 players.

February + March 2022 After gettin smashed by Portland, we played much better. Coming Up Couple of big games in April. RB NY, Charlotte again and we apparently are in the CL.

After the registration the Waiverdraft happens. Every player which wasnt registred they are gettin another chance. Thats why I normally dont fill the 30 man roster, since you always will find some gems here. Sadly nothing I can sign.

Decent preseason. The media still thinks we are midtable and this is honestly the goal for this season. Solid midtable and maybe reach the playoffs. We start the season away to Portland. At the end of March we got our first "derby".

Another academy player got an instant contract offer from me. Conway is born in Foxboro/MA and is a very promising AMC. For now he will play for our reserve team, but I always swap him to the main team.

There are two engines. One for quick sim and one for visual sim. I like to watch the games, so I always will recomment it. Ofcause you can use instant result.

Yes, with that part Im not that really happy after one night sleep. I will try to get rid of the international slots and/or use them as assets once I can. At the moment we got 8, which is the 2nd or 3rd lowest. Im planning to go down to 5-6 and only sign UK + Ireland players. In season 1 I cant do much, since its starting in January 2022. Also all players who arent eligible, I cant offer them new contract. So basicly until 2024 I basicly need a new team. Once the draft in 2023 happens I think the real challenge starts.

In January 2022 there arent many option. Danny Rose will do it for now.

Talking about money We got 1,5 mio transfer budget left. We got 1,3 mio GAM to play. And 2,9 mio TAM money to buy down contracts.

We signed Leo Cannon from our academy. We need a 3rd keeper and he looks decent. Our registration looks pretty good. If I can get rid of Jozy Altidore, we dont even need to buy down the contracts.

Made some big trades already. We dont really need Romney and McNamara, both are nice to have backup players. But I think we can do cheaper and maybe better.

There is a new rule for me this year. The U22 Initiative. This basicly means if you sign young players from abroad, their cap impact is pretty small. Charlotte FC - What Is The U 22 Initiative? For e.g. Dylan Borrero Normally he would impact the cap by 619k. I could buy it down to 309k with GAM. But since he is under 22 he is eligable for a U22 Initiative contract and his contract is worth only 151k. This is one is pretty nice.

I got my trusty Excel template to get some kind of overview. There is a lot of work. We got not many CM and too many players on Budget Contracts.
