After national team major tournament (e.g. European Championship 2024), it is normal that some national team manager may step down from the position (either resign or being sacked). However, as long as they remain unemployed, 2-3 months later those manager will retire. (Please refer to the screenshot, and "Bug Report 20231118_after.fm") This is abnormal, given that after another major tournament African Cup, managers who were sacked or resigned will remain at the game for a longer period. (Can refer to "Bug Report 20231118_before.fm" ) For example, Egypt's Rui Vitoria, Ghana's Chris Hughton, they remained at the game at least half a year, only "to be retired" after the end of European Championship 2024. Actually this problem existed since at lease FM2020, I wonder if this is a bug. You can refer to the attachments and screenshots I submitted for reference, thank you.
