First youth intake preview This does not fill me with optimism, however from what I know this can't be much trusted. We desperately need better defenders

S1 - November 2023 Polish Third Division Group 2 Mixed month, however we still at the top half of the table which is really good, surprisingly the wins this month, were achieved by our second best team.... Board still not budging however our finances are plummeting.

This is new, never seen this before, I wonder what is this information based on. Does anyone know?

S1- October 2023 Polish Third Division Group 2 Much worse month this month, however considering we were predicted last it is still a massive overachievement. 34 points is our goal which should be enough to stay up.

S1 - September 2023 Polish Third Division Group 2 We are doing quite well, Unbeaten month, however 3 games out of the 3 were against teams currently in relegation zone. Happy with win against Pogon 2 as our defence was made of 15-16 year olds. Records

S1 - August 2023 Polish Third Division Group 2 I must say, it is not a bad start to the season, Really happy with the win against Zawisza, they are predicted to finish 3rd. Season 23/24 Preview Looks like it is going to be a relegation battle for us. That is new in FM24 Tracker

Squad Update Not much to work with to start off, we have 15 players in the first team, The good thing is that they are all pretty young with the eldest being 29 yo. Our youths prospects are not quite cut for it and are well away from playing senior football. Players by CA We have 2x 4 star CA players 3x 3.5 star Ca players in the club Players by PA We currently have 1x 5* PA player 3x 4.5* PA player 4x4* PA players. There are also a couple of youth players that stand out from the bad bunch with 3.5* Ca, they also standout with being Unamb. 4x I will have to move some players up to first team anyway as I doubt that we will be able to complete the season having just 15 players.

No probs I think I used yours in my FM22 save also! I did check out Barteks DB as well however I did not like it much unfortunately despite it goes down to 6th tier. Any chance that you will be developing anything lower then 4th tier? I dream of having full Polish system going down to B Class. I do understand however how much work is involved in that and how buggy the editor can be. No probs I got Bigpoles DB from steam, but I think you can get Barteks from FM Scout, that's where I got it.

Hello and welcome to my save. _______________________________________ After following a few amazing youth only saves around the forum, I was thinking to try it as well. I might fail miserably, but I am not afraid to fail so If that happens then the save will be cut short I hope though I will manage at least one season. I am using a DB from @Bigpole that extends the Polish League to 4th tier, as I couldn't find anything decent with lower leagues. (I was considering creating that myself, but cba to work with buggy editor) I don't know how frequent the updates will be, however I have only loaded Polish leagues for speed. (I think that is what most do with youth only) I really look forward to have break in scouting, but I am not looking forward to more contract negotiations, from what I gather my team will be slightly larger. This is also my first FM24 save so I will be learning it as I go along. _____________________________________ The club I picked is Notec Czarnkow for few reasons. 1. Poor Training and youth facilities. 2. Relatively small stadium 3. They only won 1 trophy, last year they won Polish 5th tier to get promoted, so the expectation is that they will get relegated. 4. They are from Wielkopolska (Greater Poland area) and I know few people from that town Senior Squad Youth Squad Currently only 2 teams, I wonder if I will ever get a reserves team, I never ever had that option in FM. Will look closer at the team at a later stage.

On mine it was also a DOF who was responsible... changed now. I made the change in December before the preview I wonder how that is going to affect this intake.

Looks like a little improvements here and there. Are you planning on pumping a bit more into them in the future? The numbers in facilities can be seen when you have editor enabled, then you can see all sorts of different values.

Nice run in CL ! How are the clubs spending the 10M that you have given them? Or is it too early to check?

Is it worth giving a 1st team a run in CL one season? and have 2nd team play in the league?

Definitely proves that it is reputation/ranking driven. I doubt though that the amounts would be the same as EPL if you were first with max reputation

Looks like the only ones that ever improved are the teams that played in europe and probably have had a bit of cash. Interesting to see Malisheva sell the youth facilities and then establish them again. I wonder did the prize money increase now a bit since the reputation of the league got higher ? I noticed in my previous save in Poland that it is driven by league reputation I think.

That is total domination I wonder how other top Kosovan teams improved in terms of facilities. Some time ago one of your posts shown that Balkani was investing heavily into facilities but is there any other improvement?

Hello, I've followed a lot of your saves so far but not commenting much. Good to see you back and congrats on advancing to 2nd tier. I am always surprised at the speed that you fly through the seasons. I guess IR + no scouting makes a huge difference. Do you have more nations loaded or just Sweeden to speed up the game? I think I will try Youth Only myself but not sure if I can commit to a slog of staying in one division for quite a bit

Where is Kosovo national team ranked now ? And where where they at the start of the save? Giving that they became a very decent team realistically fighting for qualifying to major tournaments.

I am catching up with this save, currently on 27th page. And massive congrats I came across in your thread mentioning that youth facilities are bugged and cannot be upgraded. TBF I thought the same, for the last 6-7 seasons in my save it was stuck on 18 without an option to upgrade. In that time I became one of the best teams in europe but still option didn't exist. The option only appeared after Board elections happened and we had a new chairman. (The previous one was there for about 10 seasons) . With new chairman the option to upgrade re-appeared. Hope that also happens in your save (if not happened already as I am only on page 27 )
