I started a new save which resolved it. So kind of resolved.

After ticking it, and going forward one day it resets to unticked.

Thanks for forwarding it, though it's not that big an issue for me anymore, managed to rectify the issue in a skin I made.

 

If I may recommend, this could be an aesthetically pleasing "fix".

@Kyle Brown, since then I realised, it affects all staff, not only player turned staff.

 

Also could you tell me what the name of this popup window is, where we can see the player/staff attributes.

I do not have the save file any more, sorry. A week ago I was still testing the waters regarding what the future looks like, since then I started a new (main) save.

I'm afraid I don't have the save anymore but yes, the circle icon was there (to the left of his name) (as you can see in the first picture, all the players below Erl... Erling Haaland have the icon as well), he did retire without becoming a staff member (he did not return as a staff member ever (deleted the save in the late 2070s).

I've already long passed this date since then (end of November or thereabouts). However I still have a save file put aside for an issue I encountered 1 in-game week before the deadline day.

 

If you want I can upload it and you can kill two birds with one stone (all you have to do is sim/play til the deadline day then make a loan offer for E. Hazard when the game ends up at 31/08/21 (0800hrs).

 

This is the issue on 23/08/21:

Hello @Michael Sant, I've realised I was posting new threads instead of replying additional information on my pre-existing ones. Since the update came out, there have been numerous fixes regarding this but a lot still remain.

Yes, the issue is still there. Also, it's all right, I imagine it get's pretty dull reading through thousands of bug reports daily but I want to thank you as so far you have been the most active in replying.
