    Hey! I found a fix for this save, here's the file, i found help with one of the FM YT Channel Discord mods, here it is Official_Gibraltar_League.fmfn Also, i did it to 1, instead of 3, so, hope that works for you

    Exactly, Gibraltar is going to be the save for the entire fm 24 cycle for me, and if I can't seem to change this one dumb rule for my own excitement, I'm gonna have to spend another 2 weeks to find the save for me which probably won't be as good as this. I hope someone can help us change this absurdity for our enjoyment!

    I tried using the pre-game editor to make this happen and went via the add nation route, this is where I Ultimately got stuck when I tried to convert to advanced rules. Am I missing something? Can Anyone please help me out?
