Hello @devonchris. Thank you very much for the feedback. Firstly, we do appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention but could we ask you to log each issue individually. We get a lot of issues logged with us through the Bug Tracker here and logging them individually allows us to better track what issues have been fixed and what ones still require attention. Secondly, we would appreciate it greatly if you could provide save games, screenshots, match PKMs, screen capture videos, device data (device name and Android/iOS version number) and any other information that may you have on any issues you report. We need as much information as possible on reported issues so that we can reproduce them in-house and get them over to the development team to create fixes for them. Below is a link including information on how to upload files to us and you can also upload files to us through the in-game error reporting feature. Once again we thank you for taking the time to report the issues you have found and we hope you'll be able to provide the supporting files and evidence that will allow us to investigate them further.

Hello @DAVINCISNOW. So, unless you've been adding third-party facepacks, the only players pictures that should be appearing in the game are those that have been officially licensed - Bundesliga for instance or Manchester City. Is it the case that no player pictures are showing for you at all? If it is the case that the licensed players are not appearing for you then could you please tell us what device you are playing on and what version of Android that device is running? Also can you check in the device settings to see how much space in system storage the game is taking up (we don't have any clear instructions on how to do this as it varies wildly from manufacturer to manufacturer)?

Hello @Invisible Witness. Thank you again for raising all of these issues with us. I would like to reiterate the comments previously made by my colleagues in this thread that could you raise any more issues you find in individual threads on the Bug Tracker, please. Having them raised in their own threads makes it much easier to track which ones have been investigated and fixed and which ones still require attention. It also makes it easier for us to know exactly which saves uploaded are for which bug. The FMM team is a small team within the studio and those team members that cover the forums have a lot of areas of responsibility that need covered every day and so when we ask things of the community like raising bugs in their own threads on the bug tracker or uploading saves it is so that we can get to investigating and fixing these bugs as soon as possible. Once again, thanks for putting in the effort to raise these issues. We really do appreciate the passion for the game that we see within the community and we all do genuinely love the game just as much as you do.

The current rule for substitutions in the FA Cup is that teams are permitted to make up to 5 substitutions across 3 stoppages. Here, if your 3 substitutions were made across three stoppages then this will be why you were only allowed to substitute 3 players.

Hello @beccauva. Thanks for letting us know that Minor Update 14.0.4 resolved your crash issues. Unfortunately we don't officially support third-party mods like logo packs. If you are having problems running the game with them installed we recommend you remove them for the moment.

Hello again @Anonymous_manager. Can we first confirm which version of Android that your device is running on (it should either be Android 10 or 11)? This information will be found in the phone's settings menu at the bottom in the About Device section. Could you also let us know if you've tried adding any third-party logo/picture packs?

First of all we need a save from just before one of the occurrences of this issue. Secondly, do you have some screenshots that help illustrate the issue? And finally, what device are you playing on and what version of Android/iOS is your device running?

Also, if you are having problems with the in-game error reporter you can recover saves from your device by connecting it to a laptop/desktop PC or Mac via USB, locating the folders that you directed the game to use when you first installed the game (...\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023 Mobile\Games\) and then upload the the our Owncloud service noted in the post. https://community.sigames.com/bugtracker/instructions-and-notes/how-to-upload-files-to-us-r98/

Hello @shimera. We don't officially support third-party mods with the game. However it would be helpful if you could remove the logo packs and time how long your device takes to load the game up and then do the same with the logo packs added and let us know the times and that will help us figure out what is going on with your device.
