  1. I believe this is already somewhat in the game, but a reputation system for developing young players should be implemented. This would allow players to have a preference for joining a certain club/manager due to their reputation for developing young players. In practice, they could have different contract demands, such as lower wages but a release clause. (E.g. Haaland choosing Dortmund over basically every other big club) Furthermore, this could also allow clubs/managers to have a preference for loaning players to a certain club/manager. This could also extend to the style of play adopted by you, and a loaning club's preferred style of play. For example, Cesare Casadei was sent on loan to the championship because of their coach Maresca, when he had other offers from top flight european leagues.
  2. I understand this. However, if a player performs at a very high level over a long period of time, is it not fair that they would be able to improve past their PA? Another example is Joelinton, he improved drastically due to his position and role change, I find it upsetting that this is IMPOSSIBLE in the game. He even has countless attribute changes of more than +5 (iirc his tackling has gone up almost 10 points?) Yes, but eventually they will stop performing at such a level due to their attributes pulling them down. Furthermore, their transfer value/transfer interest would not be reflective of their performances. For example, Edouard Mendy would not have secured that big money move to Saudi Arabia if it were not for his few seasons of good form at Chelsea
  3. It's unreasonable for my U21 and U18 teams to always follow my selected tactic to a tee, and is completely unrealistic. It also causes some problems. For example, I have two promising youth strikers, but play with one striker as my main tactic. That means that both of those wonderkids do not get sufficient game time up front, which hinders their development. It would be beneficial if youth teams actually followed the preferences of their managers and coaches, which would place more importance on hiring the right youth coaches. This could also include options to have conversations with the youth coaches, outlining certain styles that are required for the youth team to play, rather than an exact tactic/formation (i.e. i want my U21s playing aggressive, pressing football, but it doesn't matter what formation they play, so as long as all players get enough gametime) This could potentially also lead into expanding the game into youth management, as a lot of IRL managers start their careers managing youth teams.
  4. To add, Brighton and a few other teams (I think Man Utd?) have their centre backs take the goal kick, who passes it back to the keeper. Could be an option in this proposed feature, to select goal kick takers
  5. Apologies, I've uploaded the wrong file. The right file should be uploading now, named 'jose gaya bug - updated.fm'
  6. The file is currently uploading, and is called "jose gaya bug.fm" For reference, I had received an email on 3rd June 2025 at 14:04 indicating that Jose Gaya wanted to discuss an improved contract. I then asked my director of football, Antoni Cucurella, to try and resolve his unhappiness, which did not work. I then spoke directly with Jose Gaya, and selected the 'we cannot afford to offer you an improved contract' button to respond to his unhappiness.
  7. This happened in-game on 3 June 2025, but my latest save file from before that is for 29th March 2025. Would that work?
  8. My player had asked for a new contract. I replied that the club couldn't afford to give him one, and he replied with a negative response. But, his reaction was shown as "thrilled".
  9. I have played countless saves where players consistently outperform their attributes. However, since they are old and/or have reached their PA, their attributes do not move at all. This is frankly quite frustrating, as I have to replace players who play exceptionally well simply because they are not improving. It completely ruins the immersion when I have to replace a player who's playing at a world class level, just because his attributes do not follow his form. There are countless examples of such players IRL. Junior Messias for Milan, Edouard Mendy for Chelsea, Jamie Vardy for Leicester, etc. These examples are quite rare, but it's ridiculous that FM has ZERO chance for this to happen. I understand that this feature may seem overpowered. However, it would only be for players who are consistently performing (over the course of 1-2 seasons at least) better than their attributes. This would mean that the likelihood of it happening would be similar to real-life scenarios. One example of this is my goalkeeper, Robin Zentner (This was in FM22, but I doubt much has changed for FM23). He has average attributes, but has consistently overperformed for me in the Bundesliga for two seasons. His goals prevented tally is around 20 for both seasons, and has regularly pulled off 10+ saves in matches against teams like Bayern and Dortmund. If this happens in real life, he would start for any top team in the world. However, I had to replace him with a better keeper, because his exceptional form over two seasons did not result in any change of attributes. I've attached some screenshots of the level of performance I was getting from Zentner By Gameweek 32, he had prevented 16.24 goals. If this happened in real life, he would at least be getting a few attributes bumped up by 1 or 2. However, he remained as seen below, unchanged (discounting the occasional yellow arrow up)
  10. At the moment, when you discuss the availability of a player with his agent, you are left with an 'accept demands' and 'stall' option. Clicking the stall option often leads to the agent coming to you for a deal, even if it's wildly out of your budget. This often results in the agent becoming upset, and would send a message like 'I will think twice about revealing my client's demands in the future'. I would like a third option to be added, to inform the agent that the club has ceased all interest in the player. This option seems to be common amongst clubs in real life, as they seek potential transfer options.
  11. Many players have a preference for different styles of penalty kicks in real life. Some players like to slot them low and precise, and some like to lash the ball with power. This feature could exist in the form of players traits, such as 'Shoots Penalties with Power' etc. It could also incorporate an attribute to show a player's favourite direction to shoot a penalty. One recent example I can remember seeing is Szoboszlai having a majority of his penalties go in the bottom left corner. This would make it more predictable for keepers to save penalties, so an option to train a player to change his penalty style could be implemented.
  12. I'd like more options for different replay camera angles for different events. For example, I'd like the replay camera to be 'Behind Goal' for goals, but 'Sideline' for tight offsides etc.
  13. I'm playing in the Eredivisie as PSV, and we have many matches that fall on a Sunday. As such, I'd like to create a training schedule with a Sunday matchday, and Monday with match review. However, this does not work as the option doesn't show up. Presumably because a training schedule can't "spill" over to the next week? ^This is what it should look like, with 6 match preparation options ^ this is what is seen for sunday matchdays, I'm unable to set match review for the day after the match
  14. Hi, I've uploaded it under the name 'Mas Selamat - Schalke 04.fm'.
  15. under the season preview tab of a league, the list of transfers only include last season's and not the current season
  16. Schalke 04 v Hoffenheim (Long Throw Bug).pkm Here's the pkm file. Some examples I can find are happen at 56:36, 67:00, and 67:30 (in-game time)
  17. I've set my attacking throw-in tactic specifically to take advantage of my player with good long throws. However, the tactic isn't being reflected in game. I've attached a few screenshots for reference, as well as my save file, named "Schalke Throw-in bug.fm"
  18. Apologies for the late reply, I've submitted the save game It's called 'Mas Selamat - Eintracht Frankfurt (v03).fm'
  19. LC Sailors have affiliations/partnerships with Dortmund and Feyenoord. 20. I don't think anything weird happened with Augsburg last season, at least not that I found while googling. The game shows that they simultaneously finished 14th in the Bundesliga and 9th in the 'Regionaliga Bayern'?
  21. When using the 'Is Between' filter, I cannot see the attribute on the left
  22. I'd like an option to add more attribute colour categories. For example, I currently have this set to Excellent: 15-20, Good: 11-14, Average: 6-10, Low, 1-5. It'd be nice to have more options for customisation, as I'd prefer to have another category such as 'Superb: 18-20'
