Hi, i played every FM since 2015 with average 500h per year and i feel whole game goes to be less and less football manager. Most of problems i need to solve are from players, who complains for everythink -

i want to transfer - after accepted fee, he refuses to sign it
i will explore my chances on market after contect end - with no reason
why did not you add me to champions league squad? - from low level player from U18 team... and plus half A squad did not like how his problem was solved and are angry on me
good player requested transfer, transfer is done and what comes next? captain is angry why i sold a good player
i want to transfer to a better team - when i was world No.1....
maybe i forgot some...
this all is anoying, - realy are real players so cheeky and giving ultimatums?????
please revisite this system, it is so tiresome and demotivating
And to add, i dont like chairman and management interventions. I hate when they stop transfer in or out, i hate when they stop level up facility when i have money... Can you do somethink with it? Maybe in Create Club mode? If I crete a club, why somebody annoys me after my decisions... ???
And, did anyone play last fifa manager 2014? There you can do whatever you want, great was posibility to completely build your stadium in 3D with overview how much it will cost...
And a small addon, i loved in an old manager a posibility co train and train and train set pices - you create a setpieces plan, adds players to positions and lets them play that situation over and over...
I remember a posibility to tell player where to kick a penalty too :)
