Like others have said the Prem with Luton or any other modest side to be promoted for that matter. Pretty much any league with teams who are tipped to go down is always a challenge, also depends how many seasons you set yourself for the challenge. If you are looking at the first couple of seasons, it's a big ask but if you're looking for a long term save it's achievable with any team really.

Had a few over the years. A couple that stick out are the Qatari Maldini in FM 21 who came though my youth team, absolute rock in my defence for close to 20 seasons. The other was the Scottish Tonton Zola Moukoko the lad was incredible. Both came through in my Anderlecht save.

You can but the league wouldn't be playable until its start date. So, for example if you start in Iceland in Feb 2023 you would have to wait until the German league gets underway in August to play any fixtures.

Usually load the top five leagues in Europe, Scandanavian leagues, Croatia, Belgium, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, South Africa and a few custom leagues typically in Africa. As Zapoleon says the more the better depending on how much your system can handle.

Pretty sure you can opt out of the tutorials when you first load up the game. I haven't had a tutorial for anything except the new set piece feature so far. As you say there used to be a feature to disable them but after having a quick look, it doesn't seem to be present in this edition.

Depends on the competition. For example, in the Champions League Pot 1 is for league winners of the top-ranking European leagues and the previous year winners of the Champions league and Europa League. Pot 2-4 is determined by UEFA club coefficient, which is determined by how well each side has done in Europe over the past five seasons. This will change though from next season 24/25 with the new format. Europa League and Conference are based on UEFA club coefficient, the higher the ranking the more places available, etc. Being in a higher pot means you are considered a stronger side and in theory should face weaker opposition. Which of course is not always the case.

Hi guys, I've just tried setting up a new game and the size of the database seems ridiculous. Just the English, Spanish, German, Argentinian, Brazilian and Italian league gives me an estimated 83k on a small database. The Italian leagues alone gives me 22k. Is this a bug or an actual huge increase in the number of people in the game? It seems a big jump from last year's edition.

Hi guys, anyone else unable to update to 23.2.0? Playing the game through Game Pass but keep getting an error message every time I try to update. Uninstalled the game and tried again but the problem still persists. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Agree with the above. Usually sell on my best players when bigger clubs come in. Pointless keeping an unhappy player at the club, it can be annoying but its part and parcel of the game. If you become successful you can keep them longer. Always look to invest in the future, use the money you get to improve the team.

How many leagues are you running and what's the database size? Also, what's your computers spec? Game can slow down as the seasons progress and new gens are added. 10 mins to process a day is a very big slow down though.

Always found it strange too. As others have said it must be to do with licencing.

Anyone else's game crashing on the loading screen? Uninstalled it and reinstalled and it worked, but then kept crashing again. Using a fairly new gaming laptop that's up to date. Any advice?
