    Hi @nicholas.shen do you have the files verified for FM22 with the fix @igorlv found?

    All credits go to the original author Majesticeternity.

    Here are the changes I have made:

    1) Remove the nation in each competition.

    2) Remove the fixture index and tick the checkbox "Use default fixture rules for nation/continent".

    3) For 1st Division U19s All Clubs, remove the following 4 cups from the competition list.

      Alicante Cup, Asturias International Cup, Mare Nostrum Cup Denver, Sevilla International Cup

    4) Verify rule with 22.4 database.

    I have loaded all files and played myself for about 3 years. No more missing cup. With the change 2) mentioned above, all cups shall apply the correct rules as expected e.g. U18/U19 cups are restriced to the correct ages.

    However I don't recommend to load it for those leagues which have their own youth league & cup. As it can easily make the youth players tied up with the hard schedule.

    Youth Tournaments (updated for 22.4).zip

  2. Through trial and error, I found the below three cups (which are set to run in Jan - Feb) causing the error.

    Alicante Cup

    Asturias International Cup

    Mare Nostrum Cup Denver

    As soon as I took them out, the U19 file could pass the verification smoothly.

    It will be much appreciate if anyone can guide me how to resolve it without removing those three cups.

    Attachement removed as I found some of the match rule incorrect.

    As I had commented above, whenever I started a new game, even though I selected all the youth competition files, many times most of them did not appear in the game, since fm19 I had been asking myself what the problem was and finally I found the answer .
    Tournaments are based on countries, (Spain, Italy, England...) and WHENEVER you have a DB for a country that serves as the basis for some youth competition, that competition will not appear in the game, example: if you have DB "Italy up to division 6" in your editor data folder, no italy based youth competition will appear (pisa world cup, italy world cup, florence cup, venezia cup...), but all others from other countries will appear normally.
    So, the solution is: go to each competition and remove the base country, leaving only the continent, so we can really enjoy all 92 existing youth competitions by using all the files together

    You are the lengend!

    Would you be so kind to help verify the file for 1st Division U19s? The rest worked fine.

    I followed your advice to remove the nation from all the cups but couldn't get it verified.

    I think Fmfan00 has taken out 2 cups in his file as well.

    Here I attached the original file from Majesticeternity's post.

    Youth Tournaments.zip

  4. I think it is confirmed that the premier league will change to 5subs out of 9 (3 stoppages) from next season.

    Would like to change the rule myself to make it same as the real life.

    Does anyone know anything about the skybet league (championship, league one, league two) or even the national league if there is going to have similar change?

    Daizen Maeda - He will be at Yokohama F Marinos in Karin's file, with a loan to Celtic, but SI have now implemented the deal too after sorting out licensing with the JLeague. He has a future transfer set between the two clubs, so it looks like the JLeague waved their rights to keep him out of the game given that he is moving to Celtic at the end of his loan anyway. Karin might have picked it up though, but I think SI only sorted it very recently. He should be removed from Karin's file to prevent a duplicate occurrence.

    I can see he still exists by loading the latest Karin's file.

    I will post the request to remove him.

    Thanks, if you have any way of contacting Karin it might be worth checking if he took Maeda out, because I think he was only re-added to the SI database on the minor official update that came out a couple of days ago.

    There is English Q&A thread in the discussion board. I can try to post it there.

    What is the full name for "Maeda"? I can find a lot Japanese with that name.

    It's only works for Wannachup skins, but if I change it to FME Zeeland, it looks the same.

    The parent value in the xml file must be exactly "FME - Zealand". It's not the file name.

    If the value does not match, it will crash the game as it cannot find the Zealand skin.

    I tried this method, but it always end up crashing the game everytime I load up the FME skins.

    I put all the skins from Wannachup Japan Fix in the skin folders, but it still the same.

    I am using Mac btw...do you have any opinion?

    Can you post a screenshot to show me what's inside your skin folder?

    And a screenshot of the contents of the 'skin_config.xml' after change as well.

    Have you extracted the the skin with the archive? Open it on a notepad++ and show me =D

    To be more accurate,  it's a good idea to open Zealand and the fix-japan for you to see where you should change the words.

    Thanks for the hint.

    Earlier I tried the skin.fmf fix posted by joe5p but it did not work.

    Now I applied the Wannachup Japan Club Fix and changed the skin_config.xml to point to Zealand skin. It works good as far as I can see.

    For anyone who is interested in please refer to the below instruction provided by wannachupbrew.

    1. Open the FM22 Resource Archiver (it should be under 'Tools' in Steam)
    2. Using the Resource Archiver, extract the files from 'Japan-Fix-FMDefault' into your 'skins' folder.
    3. Rename the extracted 'Japan-Fix-FMDefault" folder to 'Japan-Fix-FME'
    4. Open the folder and then open 'skin_config.xml' in a text editor
    5. Replace the contents of that file with this:

    You may change the value in the "parent" to whatever skin you use.

    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
    <record>

    <!-- skin details -->
    <translation id="name" value="Japan-Fix-FME" />
    <translation id="skin_name" value="Japan-Fix-FME" />
    <string id="author" value="FMEnhanced" />
    <string id="description" value="Japan Club Fix by Wannachupbrew"/>
    <string id="version" value="1.0.0" />
    <flags id="parent" value="FME - Zealand" />

    <string id="required_version" value="22.0.0" />

    </record>

  10. Some feedbacks to the salaries & market value changes.

    Under the default settings, the salaries & market values are supposed to increase gradually in terms of years. By applying your changes, it can easily skyrocket in a year/season for elite players as they still earn the same amount of reputation by winning awards.

    It would also affect the transfer market because the majority of the clubs simply cannot afford those elite player's wages.

    To balance it, I think the reputation of all awards needs to be scaled down by the same level as what you have changed the salaries & market value. Players like Haaland can still earn a fortune but only in his later ages.
