  1. End-of-Season Review Season 2043/44 Le Puy Season Summary- This was our least successful season in the league, as it was the first time we took a step back instead of forward. While statistically, we looked decent, that didn't transfer into the amount of points we were expected to have. In terms of XPTS, we should have been 7th in the league, with us getting 11 points less than expected and scoring 5 fewer goals than expected. This team is therefore clearly good enough to fight for Europe but is unable to finish their chances and or be a strong defensive team. Hopefully, we will be able to be closer to our full potential next season. Another frustrating issue I seem to be having is that for some reason I am unable to upgrade my youth facilities to State of the Art. In my board request, there hasn't been any option regarding upgrading my youth facility since the previous upgrade. Transfers- While there were no major outgoings, we had a major win when Diaw. Who had been trying to leave the team for a few years came to me to say that he would not be renewing his contract. I was able to convince him to stay by telling him about how well we worked together. Thanks to that conversation, he sacked his agent and agreed on a new contract. Didn't expect that conversation to go that well. Youth Candidates- This was arguably our worst youth intake in years, not only did it not have any A's in the early assessment. There were no elite talents in the youth intake. What also made it worse was that there were a significant amount of youngsters with unambitious personalities. The best player in this intake Paupol Kitenge was one of those players. Key Players POTS and top scorer/assister- Last season I discussed the fact that my 2 strikers are incapable of being effective simultaneously. Well this season they were both incapable of scoring. That is why Guillerm had to step up after those 2 failed to score for most of the season. Guillerm is our LW and is the only one who truly performed to the potential we were showing this season, his 10 goals and 10 assists were vital in this mediocre season. YPOTS- Elouan Lefranc was our YPOTS, by far the best youngster we have had. He is also a full French national team player. He is currently uninterested in signing a new contract as he wants to play for a league-winning team. The best new youngster- Last seasons youth intake was nothing to write home about. But it had at least one player who I believe has the capabilities of making it to our first team. Ngoy will probably be loaned out next season to gain some more experience. 3. End-of-Season Review Season 2042/43 Le Puy Season Summary- The season didn't start as ideally as possible with the board accepting an offer for our best player and center back Gerald Bruyere without allowing me to reject the offer. This meant the area where we were already struggling most would lose its most important player. It ended up not being the biggest issue in the world as we were able to plug in the hole with some new young talent that allowed us yet again to improve our record point total by 5 points (but we did end up 1 position lower than last season). But this success is damaged by one massive underlying issue and that is our atrocious goalkeeping record, which we still haven't been able to fix since winning Ligue 2. Both of our goalkeepers are National level and have previously been our only viable options. But the fact that we conceded 20 more goals than the XG says we should concede (the starting keeper conceded 15 more than expected, 2nd keeper 5 more than expected), shows our biggest weakness. We now have a young keeper who has done well for two seasons out on loan and will hopefully provide a needed solidity that we have never had in our goal. In the cup, we got knocked out in the 10th round by the eventual winners Marseille Just to visualize how bad our goalkeepers are performing compared to the rest of the league. There was one other keeper as low as Labonne, but he was playing for the last-place team. Got another NXGN this season, with our CDM Salemme being selected. Transfers- As stated previously this was a busy summer window with Gerald Bruyere going for a record fee and Karim Attouchi (a squad player) also being sold for nearly 3 million. Besides that we also had an exodus of our first generation of youth intake leaving. Legendary LB Gilles Comte (our record appearance holder)and Ousmane Tine (record assist holder) were the 2 big players leaving, but we also let go of Abdoulaye Diallo and Dylan Mercier who have been important players for a long time. Youth Candidates- While we got 3 elite talents, most of them had rather disappointing personalities and weren't as good as in previous seasons. The best of the bunch is Cherubin Ngoy is Olivier Majouga a CDM who has some decent stats. Key Players POTS and top scorer- Our POTS was Omrani who was the 3rd highest scorer in the league this season. After a dreadful season last year with only 3 goals, he came back to become my starting striker. Taking over from Nkem who this season was terrible with only 4 goals (seems like only 1 of my strikers is allowed to perform well each season). YPOTS- Botamba was yet again our YPOTS with 7 goals and 6 assists. His G/A amount stayed around the same level as previous seasons. He still is our most vital player going forward. The best new youngster- The best youngster from last season's youth intake was Cameron Johnston. He was loaned out to FC Annecy in the French National League. He was a starter in a team that finished 3rd in the league. He still has a way to go to make it into the first team but with the loss of Gerald Bruyere. He might become one of the cornerstones of our defence. 4. End-of-Season Review Season 2041/42 Le Puy Season Summary- Yet another improvement this season, finishing 8th with a record amount of points. We could have done better if it wasn't for a horrible ending to the season in which we lost 4 of our last 6 games. We had a decent run to the quarter-finals in the cup but were knocked out by a second-division side. We have finally played our last game at our 4800 capacity stadium (by far the smallest stadium in ligue 1], from next season we will move into our 21k stadium We also got our first 2 players to be part of the French national squad with 18-year-old Elouan Lefranc being one of the 2 (rather surprisingly) and Gerald Bruyere the other We also finally got our first affiliate which will benefit our youth intake, with their now being a link between us and Shonan Bellmare (in Japan) and Generation foot (in Senegal) Transfers- No major transfers were done this season, but we have had to constantly reject offers for Botamba and Bruyere Youth Candidates- This looked like an amazing youth intake with 3 A's in key positions. But it turned out to be not as good as first expected, we had 3 elite talents with the best of the bunch being Cameron Johnston a CB who hopefully will help strengthen in one of our weakest positions in the squad currently. Key Players POTS and top assister- Botamba was yet again the POTS, with 4 goals and 10 assists he maintains his place as the most important player. There is a clear difference between how we play with him and how we suffer without him. Top Scorer- Nkem regained his spot as top scorer, with 11 goals in Ligue 1. While he still isn't prolific enough as a striker, he is able to provide a better outlet than our other strikers. The best new youngster- Lucas Didier was the best player from last season's youth intake, he was loaned out to our affiliate and was able to do a decent job there. 5. End-of-Season Review Season 2040/41 Le Puy Season Summary- We had our best season so far in Ligue 1 (3 more points than our previous best). We are still miles away from one of the European spots, but we are slowly getting closer. Our older players are also slowly becoming less important as we are transitioning to younger players. The media also now rates us a bit more than previously with this being the first time, where we were expected to finish above the relegation zone in the season preview. On the other hand, we had a horrible time in the French Cup losing our only game 4-1 to our rivals Saint-Ettiene (who are a lower mid-table team in Ligue 2) Transfers- There were no significant transfers, only the sale of 2 impact subs. For the rest, we were loaning out more of our youngsters. Youth Candidates- This season's youth intake seemed like a promising one with it promising to be an excellent intake. Luckily it also turned out to be an intake with quality players. We got a few good wingers and attackers, but the best of the lot was Didier. He is a CDM who is already one of our better defensive players. Key Players POTS/YPOTS and top scorer- He won every single award possible this season for us. He is by far the most impactful player we have offensively. The fact he was our top scorer from center midfield shows the lack of quality finishing our strikers did this season as well how good of a box crasher he is. We had to reject some big offers for him from Manchester United at the beginning of the season, but it was so worth it. Top Assister- Coulibaly was the player with the most assists this season, his ability to cross and finish combined with his speed means that he is always a threat from that left-hand side. He does need to improve his chance conversion. The best new youngster- Unlike last season no youngster was able to cement a first-team spot off the bat. But it is clear to see who has been the stand out from last year's youth intake. Boukhari has the potential to be as good in our midfield as Botamba Career Record After Season Played Won Drawn Lost Goals For Goals Against Goal Difference Win Percentage Time At Club ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2024/25 37 12 13 12 64 62 -2 32.0% 328 days 2025/26 74 32 23 19 133 104 29 43.0% 730 days 2026/27 111 37 33 41 168 171 -3 33.0% 1074 days 2027/28 148 53 45 50 230 220 10 35.0% 1431 days 2028/29 192 77 57 58 313 271 42 40.0% 1816 days 2029/30 232 90 65 77 380 353 27 38.0% 2181 days 2030/31 269 101 72 96 428 416 12 37.0% 2550 days 2031/32 305 111 78 116 480 493 -13 36.0% 2903 days 2032/33 341 124 86 131 548 554 -6 36.0% 3298 days 2033/34 379 138 94 147 621 624 -3 36.0% 3652 days 2034/35 419 157 100 162 697 688 9 37.0% 3999 days 2035/36 457 169 111 177 764 755 9 36.0% 4356 days 2036/37 494 187 118 189 834 813 21 37.0% 4723 days 3037/38 535 212 126 197 938 870 68 39.0% 5093 days 3038/39 575 226 135 214 1000 955 45 39.0% 5460 days 3039/40 612 238 141 233 1058 1038 20 38.0% 5823 days 3040/41 647 249 147 251 1112 1106 6 38.0% 6189 days Transfer Sale Record Date Player Position Club Sold To Country Transfer Fee --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/9/2037 Fares Jaballah 11A RB RSC Anderlecht Belgium 4,600,000 (7,000,000) 15/8/2034 Rudy Lenourmand 8A CDM/CB RSC Anderlecht Belgium 4,700,000 (6,000,000) 31/1/2031 Abdelkader Belhadj 4c CDM Club Brugge Belgium 1,700,000 (2,300,000) 02/02/2037 Salvador Zounon 10L RW Lorient France 1,400,000 (1,700,000) Trophy Haul Season Competition Won -------------------------- 2037-2038 Ligue 2 Record Number of Appearances (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Appearances ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2023-present Gilles Comte 469 2025-2039 Andreas Kruger 386 2025-present Ousmane Tine 373 2026-present Olivier Penot 366 2024-2039 Goran Grahovac 353 Record Goal Scorer (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Goals ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-2039 Andreas Kruger 136 2025-present Ousmane Tine 64 2026-2036 Kevin Toure 54 2032-present Houssem Omrani 52 2032-present Liam Guillerm 40 Record Number of Assists (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Assists ----------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Ousmane Tine 68 2023-present Gilles Comte 55 2024-2039 Goran Grahovac 44 2030-present Aboulaye Diallo 44 2026-present Olivier Penot 44 Record Number of Clean Sheets (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Clean sheets ---------------------------------------------------------------- 2027-present Kevin Labonne 32 2032-37 Abdoul Soro 1
  6. End-of-Season Review Season 2039/40 Le Puy Season Summary- Another season in the top division and another 36 points (we did drop 2 positions compared to last year. We haven't changed much from last year, with us winning 1 more game this year and drawing 3 fewer games. At the same time, having the same goals and 1 less against. The goals against have been an issue we have had since we started playing an aggressive 4-2-4 in Ligue 2. This is why this year I started tinkering around with a more defensive 4-2-3-1 and a 4-3-3. These ended up helping us become better defensively by conceding fewer chances. But our goalkeeper had a horrible season, where his expected goal prevented was -15.59 (meaning 15 more goals went in than would have been expected). This obviously has a massive impact on our results and is difficult to change because we haven't had a standout goalkeeper come through our youth system. On more positive news the plans for our new stadium were finally finished near the end of the season, we will be moving into the 21382-capacity stadium in 2 years. The cost means we will now have to pay back 250k monthly for the next 10 years. We also had our 3 player in the NXGN (Diaw was on the list last year as well), with Chris Botamba finishing 8th overall. Transfers- While there were no big sales of any kind throughout these transfer windows. We did anger a few of our leaders by selling our legend and all-time top scorer Andreas Kruger. He was starting to get mad and wanted to leave, so when I got a 130k offer I accepted. Kruger was not the only legend to leave the club as Goran Grahovac (353 appearances, 38 goals, 44 assists) also left us as he was no longer part of our rotation. Youth Candidates- In December the preview looked pretty good, it didn't look revolutionary. But with 2 Bs it looked promising, and luckily it turned out like that. While we only had 2 elite talents, they both looked good and had good mentalities. The best of the lot by far was Boukhari who is an attack-minded midfielder who is a perfectionist. He looks to be the perfect person to slot in behind Botamba when he comes of age. He is already as good attacking-wise as Botamba, but he still as a lot of thing which need to improve before he can be a starter. Key Players POTS/YPOTS- Botamba has become a revelation and a vital member of this team. After he was not recommended to be signed in our youth intake and had only 2 clear stars of potential, to now becoming our star player and having interest from Bayern Munich (very worryingly). He was our POTS as well as the most promising player in Ligue 1 this year, with 5 goals and 8 assists from 34 appearances. While also becoming our first wonderkid. He has a contract till 2045, which means we will hopefully be able to keep him for a long time Top Scorer- Clinton Nkem was yet again our top scorer, with 10 goals in the league this season. He scored most of his goals at the beginning of the season and struggled much more as the sole striker. His good record in 2039 also delivered him the European Golden Boy The best new youngster- Our best youngster from last season's youth intake was Salemme, he was in the first team for most of the season, because his quality is very close to that of our current defensive midfielders. While he sometimes struggled in his 19 appearances, he was at a similar as those around him. 7. End-of-Season Review Season 2038/39 Le Puy Season Summary- The new season in the top division started off extremely well, we ended up 11th in the league with 36 points. Most of those points were gained at the start of the season, with our form being horrific from being of March onwards (we got 5 points from 10 games and 2 from the last 7). We were yet again one of the worst defensive teams in the league, with 78 goals conceded (2 per game). Our quite offensive 4-2-4 gives us opportunities to score, but at this level, the other teams are taking advantage of our weakness a lot better and punishing us a lot harder. Aside from the league, we nearly won the French Cup losing the finals 2-1 in extra time against Nice. Both of these results were surprising as when you look at the wage difference compared to the other teams the difference is quite stark, looking at the end of the season our salary is 115 times smaller than PSG's and 5 times smaller than 16th place Auxerre's. We also had our first 2 players included in the NXGN, with Clinton Nkem nearly winning it. I won an award last years, winning the Manager of the Year in Ligue 2 last year. While this season our LW Abdoulaye Diallo was the 3rd best African player in Ligue 1. \ After our first season in Ligue 1 and a record attendance of 4800 (Max Capacity) the board has decided to build a new stadium. Hopefully it will be a massive increase in size, similar to those of other Ligue 1 teams. Transfers- No major transfers, only the small sale of squad rotation player Falaye Traore. Youth Candidates- The intake preview seemed promising with the potential for some new cm's being particularly hopeful. With 3 elite talents, 1 of which being a quality midfielder I was pretty happy. We also got another quality RB and a decent CB who sadly has low determination. Salemme is the best of the bunch a defensively-minded CM who is already better at defending than all of my current CDM's, his other stats still need to improve but he could make some appearances for us next season already. Key Players POTS/YPOTS- Our POTS was Bacque, while I don't believe he was the best player this season as he did most of his work from the bench. His stats were quite good, maybe next season he will get more starts. Top Scorer- Clinton Nkem was our top scorer in the league with 11 goals. He us by far our best attacker and the media believes him to be the next Mbappe, hopefully, they are correct and he can help me stay in this division. Best new youngster- Usually I place someone from last season's intake who has played a few games for the first team here, but Masson our best player from that intake only played 2 games. On the other hand, Botamba has become a squad player in our team even though our HOYD did not sign him up. He was only a good talent and was the 12th-best talent we signed. He only had 2 full star potential when we first signed him up and now at 18 he has become a starter and our best CM Career Record After Season Played Won Drawn Lost Goals For Goals Against Goal Difference Win Percentage Time At Club ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2024/25 37 12 13 12 64 62 -2 32.0% 328 days 2025/26 74 32 23 19 133 104 29 43.0% 730 days 2026/27 111 37 33 41 168 171 -3 33.0% 1074 days 2027/28 148 53 45 50 230 220 10 35.0% 1431 days 2028/29 192 77 57 58 313 271 42 40.0% 1816 days 2029/30 232 90 65 77 380 353 27 38.0% 2181 days 2030/31 269 101 72 96 428 416 12 37.0% 2550 days 2031/32 305 111 78 116 480 493 -13 36.0% 2903 days 2032/33 341 124 86 131 548 554 -6 36.0% 3298 days 2033/34 379 138 94 147 621 624 -3 36.0% 3652 days 2034/35 419 157 100 162 697 688 9 37.0% 3999 days 2035/36 457 169 111 177 764 755 9 36.0% 4356 days 2036/37 494 187 118 189 834 813 21 37.0% 4723 days 3037/38 535 212 126 197 938 870 68 39.0% 5093 days 3038/39 575 226 135 214 1000 955 45 39.0% 5460 days Transfer Sale Record Date Player Position Club Sold To Country Transfer Fee --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/9/2037 Fares Jaballah 11A RB RSC Anderlecht Belgium 4,600,000 (7,000,000) 15/8/2034 Rudy Lenourmand 8A CDM/CB RSC Anderlecht Belgium 4,700,000 (6,000,000) 31/1/2031 Abdelkader Belhadj 4c CDM Club Brugge Belgium 1,700,000 (2,300,000) 02/02/2037 Salvador Zounon 10L RW Lorient France 1,400,000 (1,700,000) Trophy Haul Season Competition Won -------------------------- 2037-2038 Ligue 2 Record Number of Appearances (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Appearances ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2023-present Gilles Comte 423 2025-present Andreas Kruger 378 2024-present Goran Grahovac 353 2025-present Ousmane Tine 349 2026-present Olivier Penot 306 Record Goal Scorer (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Goals ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Andreas Kruger 136 2025-present Ousmane Tine 61 2026-present Kevin Toure 54 2032-present Houssem Omrani 39 2024-present Goran Grahovac 38 Record Number of Assists (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Assists ----------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Ousmane Tine 67 2023-present Gilles Comte 51 2024-present Goran Grahovac 44 2025-present Andreas Kruger 39 2026-present Olivier Penot 36 Record Number of Clean Sheets (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Clean sheets ---------------------------------------------------------------- 2027-present Kevin Labonne 24 2032-present Abdoul Soro 1
  8. End-of-Season Review Season 2037/38 Le Puy Season Summary- We won the league, after 9 seasons in the second division. We were near the top for most of the season but only got into first place on the second to last day. Being one point ahead of 2nd and 3rd place we had to win the next game to make sure we would win the league title. So of course we decided to concede 3 goals in 12 minutes and ended up losing the game 4-0. Was probably one of the worst games I had seen my team play that season, but it ended up not mattering as Paris FC and Nantes bottled their games. We also did extremely well in the cup losing to Monaco in the Semis, we were able to avoid any Ligue 1 teams until the Semis. Transfers- Yet again thought I wasn't going to lose anybody important this season until the board decided to yet again an offer for one of our players. Our backup RB was sold to RSC Anderlecht (again) for 4.6 million. I thought that he would be the last one as the money that we got from that transfer was decent, but the board accepted on offer for Clinton Nkem. One of our best players and young prospects, I was able to block the offer. But to keep him safe from Club Brugge and to make sure he would make it to next season with an improved contract, I decided to loan him out for the rest of the season. I am slowly getting sick and tired of the board deciding on which deals "are two good not to take". This is what the interest in my team looked like before the start of the January transfer window Youth Candidates- This youth intake wasn't as good as it seemed like it was going to be. We got another GK as one of our top talents, but he is worse. The RB is equally disappointing. The only one who truly seems like a guaranteed future starter in our team is Bertrand Masson, who is not much worse than our current fringe/impact subs. Key Players POTS- Ousmane Tine was our POTY with 11 goals and 10 assists from 26 games. His tally could have been a lot higher if it wasn't for the fact he injured his cruciate ligament with 4 games left in the season. Top Scorer- Houssem Omrani finished as our top scorer for the second season in a row, he finished 5th in the league with 16 goals and 6 assists. While I don't think he was our best striker this season, he was the most effective in front of goal. YPOTY- Alfonso Alves has become a starter in the last two seasons, playing as a CDM his stats are way better than I had expected from him. Scoring 8 times (with 4 finishing) and assisting 7 was impressive. Best new youngster- we had one player make it to the first team from last season's youth intake, Maxime Carrence made 10 appearances for the first team and has shown the potential to become a bigger presence in the first team Career Record After Season Played Won Drawn Lost Goals For Goals Against Goal Difference Win Percentage Time At Club ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2024/25 37 12 13 12 64 62 -2 32.0% 328 days 2025/26 74 32 23 19 133 104 29 43.0% 730 days 2026/27 111 37 33 41 168 171 -3 33.0% 1074 days 2027/28 148 53 45 50 230 220 10 35.0% 1431 days 2028/29 192 77 57 58 313 271 42 40.0% 1816 days 2029/30 232 90 65 77 380 353 27 38.0% 2181 days 2030/31 269 101 72 96 428 416 12 37.0% 2550 days 2031/32 305 111 78 116 480 493 -13 36.0% 2903 days 2032/33 341 124 86 131 548 554 -6 36.0% 3298 days 2033/34 379 138 94 147 621 624 -3 36.0% 3652 days 2034/35 419 157 100 162 697 688 9 37.0% 3999 days 2035/36 457 169 111 177 764 755 9 36.0% 4356 days 2036/37 494 187 118 189 834 813 21 37.0% 4723 days 3037/38 535 212 126 197 938 870 68 39.0% 5093 days Transfer Sale Record Date Player Position Club Sold To Country Transfer Fee --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/9/2037 Fares Jaballah 11A RB RSC Anderlecht Belgium 4,600,000 (7,000,000) 15/8/2034 Rudy Lenourmand 8A CDM/CB RSC Anderlecht Belgium 4,700,000 (6,000,000) 31/1/2031 Abdelkader Belhadj 4c CDM Club Brugge Belgium 1,700,000 (2,300,000) 02/02/2037 Salvador Zounon 10L RW Lorient France 1,400,000 (1,700,000) Trophy Haul Season Competition Won -------------------------- 2037-2038 Ligue 2 Record Number of Appearances (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Appearances ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2023-present Gilles Comte 394 2025-present Andreas Kruger 353 2024-present Goran Grahovac 344 2025-present Ousmane Tine 333 2026-present Olivier Penot 278 Record Goal Scorer (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Goals ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Andreas Kruger 132 2025-present Ousmane Tine 60 2026-present Kevin Toure 54 2024-present Goran Grahovac 38 2032-present Houssem Omrani 32 Record Number of Assists (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Assists ----------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Ousmane Tine 66 2023-present Gilles Comte 46 2024-present Goran Grahovac 44 2025-present Andreas Kruger 39 2026-present Olivier Penot 33 Record Number of Clean Sheets (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Clean sheets ---------------------------------------------------------------- 2027-present Kevin Labonne 19 2032-present Abdoul Soro 1
  9. End-of-Season Review Season 2036/37 Le Puy Season Summary- This season was by far the best so far, with us ending 1st in the XG table. But our reality wasn't as nice as the XG table, we ended up 6th. Missing the promotion playoffs by 2 points. By far our biggest problem was the fact that we conceded too many goals. In both goals conceded and clean sheets kept, we ended up 2nd last. This is despite the fact we should have only finished 7th in terms of goals conceded. I believe that the high amount of goals conceded might be due to a rather slow defense while having a high press, as well as the fact that our goalkeeper is below par and underperforming. The issue with the goalkeeper is that our backup keeper is worse in every aspect except shot-stopping, and our young keeper with potential is also a long way off. Transfers- Wasn't planning on selling anyone until the board accepted an offer of 1.7 million for Zounon. He had become a starter after being out on loan last season. Youth Candidates- This wasn't as good as it looked in December. It also promised a lot better midfielders than the ones we got, our best midfielder was nearly not signed due to bad scouting (in my opinion). The best player in this intake is the LB Maxime Carrere. He is already the second-best LB in the squad and has the potential to become our starter. Key Players POTS- Andreas Kruger was the surprising winner of our player of the season. After playing a smaller role this season, he only scored 10 and assisted 5 in the league. YPOTY- Houssem Omrani was our top scorer and young player of the year. Scoring 15 goals and assisting 1 in the league. He started slowly, taking a while to score but ended up 4th overall in the league Best new youngster- For the first part of the season it didn't look like any of the youngsters from last season's intake were going to become part of the squad until Zounon was transferred and we decided to promote Mouhamadou Diaw. He played 10 games mostly playing as the RW. 10. End-of-Season Review Season 2035/36 Le Puy Season Summary- After 3 years of slow progressive growth we took a step back, we were near the bottom of the league for most of the season. Even though at one point we were 4th on the XG table. We just were unable to be effective in keeping the ball out of our net, ending the season as the team with the most goals conceded. We also suffered massively from injuries with there being a 2 month period where we had 7 players injured on average and 4 or 5 of those were usually starters. On the positive side, we are now the best youth system in the second division and I believe that next season our team should be able to challenge a bit more with more of our players becoming Ligue 2 players instead of National or National 2 quality players. Lastly, we finally got a new sponsor which has led to a 300k increase in yearly revenue, which was necessary. Sadly one of them is again for 6 years. We have a new appearance record, with LB Gilles Comte becoming the new all-time record holder (came from the 2023/2024 youth intake) After we constantly requested for an upgrade, which kept on getting rejected by the board. The board thought it would be a good idea to meet to improve our youth facilities. Season Details Transfers- No major transfers, sold a few youngsters that were never going to be part of the squad. We also loaned out 4 players, with 3 players particularly impressing. 2 of them (Zounon 10L and Omrani 10C) will probably be a part of next seasons team, while the other two might continue to be loaned out Youth Candidates- One of our better youth intakes in the last few years, we got 4 elite talents. With all of them having good personalities. The two top talents are Hachem and Diaw, Diaw is a RW able to play RB, who looks like he could be a good winger in the future. Sadly we still haven't gotten an elite midfielder in this intake Key Players POTS- Andreas Kruger was once again my POTS and top scorer. He ended up 4th in the league with 16 goals and 2 assists. Our reliance on him, will most likely decrease next season as other players take some of his game time away. YPOTY- For the first time in a while, we have a different YPOTY. Paul tchami has been the backup midfielder for 2 seasons now, but with his CA he will probably continue being our backup. While he isn't bad, our reliance on him shows the lack of quality midfielders we have in this team. Best new youngster- Clinton Nkem was the obvious top talent of last season. With his CA already being as good as our first XI, we gave him a few opportunities to show what he has got and he hasn't disappointed. I'm now training him to learn how to play off the right as well. So he can get more game time Career Record After Season Played Won Drawn Lost Goals For Goals Against Goal Difference Win Percentage Time At Club ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2024/25 37 12 13 12 64 62 -2 32.0% 328 days 2025/26 74 32 23 19 133 104 29 43.0% 730 days 2026/27 111 37 33 41 168 171 -3 33.0% 1074 days 2027/28 148 53 45 50 230 220 10 35.0% 1431 days 2028/29 192 77 57 58 313 271 42 40.0% 1816 days 2029/30 232 90 65 77 380 353 27 38.0% 2181 days 2030/31 269 101 72 96 428 416 12 37.0% 2550 days 2031/32 305 111 78 116 480 493 -13 36.0% 2903 days 2032/33 341 124 86 131 548 554 -6 36.0% 3298 days 2033/34 379 138 94 147 621 624 -3 36.0% 3652 days 2034/35 419 157 100 162 697 688 9 37.0% 3999 days 2035/36 457 169 111 177 764 755 9 36.0% 4356 days Transfer Sale Record Date Player Position Club Sold To Country Transfer Fee --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 15/8/2034 Rudy Lenourmand 8A CDM/CB RSC Anderlecht Belgium 4,700,000 (6,000,000) 31/1/2031 Abdelkader Belhadj 4c CDM Club Brugge Belgium 1,700,000 (2,300,000) Trophy Haul Season Competition Won -------------------------- Record Number of Appearances (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Appearances ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2023-present Gilles Comte 332 2025-present Andreas kruger 296 2024-present Goran Grahovac 286 2025-present Ousmane Tine 281 2026-present Olivier Penot 219 Record Goal Scorer (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Goals ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Andreas Kruger 115 2026-present Kevin Toure 54 2025-present Ousmane Tine 46 2024-present Goran Grahovac 31 2028-present Falaye Traore 22 Record Number of Assists (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Assists ----------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Ousmane Tine 51 2023-present Gilles Comte 35 2024-present Goran Grahovac 34 2025-present Andreas Kruger 32 2028-present Falaye Traore 26 Record Number of Clean Sheets (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Clean sheets ---------------------------------------------------------------- 2027-present Kevin Labonne 8
  11. End-of-Season Review Season 2034/35 Le Puy Season Summary- It was another mid-table season for us, after a poor start, we were slowly able to gather some moments which led us to our final position of 9th. Near the end of the season, we had an opportunity to make a late comeback into the fight for the promotion playoff places. But we ended up not making the most of those fixtures. In the cup, we tied our best performance to date losing in the quarterfinals of the cup to eventual winners AS Monaco. Thanks to our largest sale to date, we improved the training facility back to average after a decrease in the quality last year. Our biggest issue currently has been that due to us having the same main kit sponsor for the last 7 years our sponsorship money hasn't been able to keep up with our expenditures. We currently make a loss every year (without selling any players), which means that for the last few seasons, we have been unable to improve any of our facilities. Season Details Transfers- Besides loaning out a few fringe players, there were 3 important transfers/loans. First of we loaned out 2 players who could potentially fight for first-team places next season. We loaned goalkeeper Kevin Labonne to Cercle Brugge, where he won the Belgian second division. He could become our start next season, as our current goalkeeper is getting older. We also loaned out our 3rd striker to French National champions Grenoble. He scored 13 goals in 34 games and had an average rating of 7.23. He will bring some serious competition to our starting striker next season. Lastly, we broke our transfer fee received record, when Rudy Lenormand 8A (another CDM) was sold to RSC Anderlecht for 4.7 million (can go up to 6 million). While I was hoping to wait for a higher transfer offer to come, the board felt that this offer was to good not to accept. Youth Candidates- This youth intake was slightly better than last year's intake, but not by much. We are desperate to get a youth intake with a quality midfielder as that is the position where I most need a new quality youngster. Instead, we got even more wingers/strikers. While we are already bloated in those positions, I do believe that the best youngster from this youth intake is Clinton Nkem. Will be a top-quality striker or winger (thinking about moving him to my right wing, as we have quite a few strikers and left-wingers). He currently already is one of my best wingers at age 15. Key Players POTS- Andreas Kruger was once again my POTS, YPOTS, and top scorer. With 19 goals and 6 assists, he was the 3rd best scorer in the league. He currently is one goal away from becoming the first player to score 100 league goals for Le Puy. Even though his numbers are identical to last season, I feel that this season he was more consistent and didn't score as much in patches compared to last season. Top Assister- Ousmane Tine was yet again my top assister this season, with 12 assists and 2 goals. He mostly played from the left-hand side. He wasn't as good as last season, as he massively underperformed his XG. But he was still a vital part of this season's mid-table finish Best new youngster- There was only one option this season for the best youngster from last season's intake. Faris Jaballah ended up playing 19 games this season and doing pretty well. With how he played this season, I have no doubt he will be part of this squad in the long term. 12. End of Season Review Season 2033/34 Le Puy Season Summary- For the longest time this looked like the season where we would finally challenge for the top spots in the league. We had a slight dip near the end of the first half of the season, where we didn't win for 6 games straight, but after a good recovery and the fact that no one was running away with the league. We were able to close the gap to the promotion playoffs. We were 3 points away from it with 8 games to go when we decided to become useless. In those last 8 games, we accumulated only 3 points, meaning we ended up 10th away of those promotion play-off places. In the cup, it went a bit better. We were knocked out in the 10th round to Brest (Mid-table Ligue 1), but we were the better team in that game. The game in the 9th round was a rollercoaster with our goalkeeper scoring a 90+5 minute equalizer and being the hero in the penalty shootouts a few minutes later. First round in the cup we played against a team in Tahiti Season Details Transfers- Loaned out some squad players, so they could have some game time and our younger players could get some first team experience. We also sold one of our last remaining players who started the save with us (now only 2 of them left in the squad). Youth Candidates - This was the worst youth intake we have had since the 2030 season, while we had 3 elite players. Two had low determination as a personality and the other was unambitious. The best of the lot was Tunisian right back Fares Jaballah, he could become our back up right back next season. With their being potential for one of him, our Driton Rama (our best player) to move into the RCB position if he does well. Key Players POTS- Our POTS, YPOTS, and top goal scorer. Was Andreas Kruger this season, after a poor start from last season's top scorer Kevin Toure. I decided to let him start up top for a while and it directly played off, with Kruger deciding to score 15 goals in the first 13 games of the season. It was looking like he was going to propel us into the playoff positions, but he suddenly dropped of. He still got 6 goals and 6 of his assists during that time, but his hot streak had cooled down. Top Assister- Probably his best season of all time up until now, Ousmane Tine was probably our most consistent player throughout the season with his 10 goals and 10 assists being spread throughout most of the season. Best new youngster- We had 3 youngsters from last season's intake who played for our first team this season. With Liam Guilerm being the best of the lot. He became the youngest goalscorer in the league and provided us with even more depth up top and on the left side of our attack. 13. End of Season Review Season 2032/33 Le Puy Season Summary- This was by far our best finish in Ligue 2. After finishing the last few seasons in the bottom 4 every season. It was also a massive 10 point increase compared to previous seasons. I believe that this season is one step in the transition towards fighting for promotion. We had our first game with the first 11 players from the youth intake, and we aren't the worst in the league at most stats/abilities anymore. We did disappoint in the French cup again by losing to Martigues in the 8th round. Our best talent from last seasons youth intake, Driton Rama became the youngest player to appear in a Ligue 2 match Meanwhile another youngster became the youngest goal scorer in Ligue 2 History Andreas Kruger also became our all-time top-scorer Lastly we also had our first two french players called up to the French youth team. Season Details Transfers- Started being able to loan out players to National 2, for more experience. Youth Candidates - Seems like I forgot to take a picture of the youth intake, but overall it was a pretty good intake. With quite a few elite talents, by far the best option was Liam Guillerm an extremely quick attacker. Key Players POTS- Our POTS, YPOTS, and top goal scorer. His 20 goals in the league were the second-highest this season. He definitely overperformed his XG, but he was also the primary reason we improved so much. Top Assister- A surprising youngster became our top assister this season, while they started the season off as the 3rd option on my right wing. Abdoulaye Diallo kept assisting every time he came on the pitch, ending the season with 8 assists in the league. Best new youngster- We had two players from last seasons youth intake that did extremely well, but it was clear who was the most important of those two. Driton Rama started 18 games this season at age 16. While he primarily started at right back, his versatility meant that he played some games in CB and even LB. The other player was Florentin Bacque who scored 6 goals in the league this season, while he is our best attacking striker, he's still got quite a bit to go to get past my other attackers. 14. End of Season Review Season 2031/32 Le Puy Season Summary- This season felt like two different seasons. Our first half of the season was amazing, we were up in 8th place in terms of points, and it looked like we were finally going to get more than 34 points. But in the second half of the season, we only scored 10 points. We were terrible at that time losing games by large amounts even though in most of the games the XG was quite close. One of our sponsorship deals finally came to an end after 6 years, so we finally had an improvement of around 100k a year. Our cup run was even worse, where we went to penalties twice to teams in 2 divisions lower (or more) than us and lost the second time. Season Details Transfers- We sold one of the 2 players who came through our first youth intake as a coach. As a 22-year-old there was no chance he would ever become a squad player, so I thought it best to try and get some money out of him. The deal has got us 44,000 so far. He just needs 5 more goals for the total 54,000 to be paid. We also have 3 of our players who started this save with us leaving the club, 2 of them are retiring. While one of them has decided to not sign a new contract. We also continue to get poached by teams, with this season 3 players getting poached by better clubs Youth Candidates -This probably was our best youth take so far in terms of players that were supposedly elite talents. 8 players were supposedly elite talents, with the best being Driton Rama. He's the first quality right back that we have gotten, and seems like he could already do a job in the first team. The last 3 youth intakes have had a focus on our defense, with all of the top talents coming in one of the defensive positions; Key Players POTS- Goran Grahovac was our player of the season with an average rating of 6.93. With 8 goals and 6 assists from the middle of the field, he had by far his best season in terms of G/A. Top scorer- With 12 goals in the league Andreas Kruger was tied for 9th place in the league. Most of his goals came in the second part of the season, as in the first 18 games he had 4 goals. Best new youngster- None of the players from last season's youth intake have had a chance yet in the first team. But out of those, Abdoulaye Diallo looks to be the most improved and most likely to take the step up. 15. End of Season Review Season 2030/31 Le Puy Season Summary- Was a season where the struggle to not get relegated continued. While the performances were looking up at the beginning of the season, the loss of our best player led to a massive decrease in our form. Which lead to us being in the relegation position with 7 games to go. But with a change of formation, we were able to stay out of the relegation places thanks to a better goal difference than Caen. Another season in this ligue has allowed us to increase all our facilities with our youth recruitment is now exceptional. Season Details Transfers- After not accepting any of our previous bids, the board accepted a bid from Club Brugge. The first bid that the board accepted, was too low and I was able to convince them of that. But with the second bid, I was unable to convince them. While it wasn't the worst deal, it could have been better. Youth Candidates - The youth intake looked good, with 5 elite talents. The best of the lot was Rudy Lenormand, another CB, to help with the limited options we have. But he could be a bit taller. Key Players POTS- Olivier Penot 6.91 overall rating, he was the best of the lot. He had to take over the spot from Belhadj after he left, and was able to do a good job in that position. Top scorer- With only 7 goals in the league he was our tied highest goalscorer, which was quite disappointing to be honest Best new youngster- He quickly became a started due to our aging and a limited amount of players in our defense. He is now nearly as good as our best cb Career Record After Season Played Won Drawn Lost Goals For Goals Against Goal Difference Win Percentage Time At Club ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2024/25 37 12 13 12 64 62 -2 32.0% 328 days 2025/26 74 32 23 19 133 104 29 43.0% 730 days 2026/27 111 37 33 41 168 171 -3 33.0% 1074 days 2027/28 148 53 45 50 230 220 10 35.0% 1431 days 2028/29 192 77 57 58 313 271 42 40.0% 1816 days 2029/30 232 90 65 77 380 353 27 38.0% 2181 days 2030/31 269 101 72 96 428 416 12 37.0% 2550 days Transfer Sale Record Date Player Position Club Sold To Country Transfer Fee --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 31/1/2031 Abdelkader Belhadj 4c CDM Club Brugge Belgium 1,700,000 (2,300,000) Trophy Haul Season Competition Won -------------------------- Record Number of Appearances (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Appearances ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2023-present Gilles Comte 190 2024-present Goran Grahovac 136 2025-present Andreas Kruger 136 2025-present Ousmane Tine 133 2026-2031 Abdelkader Belhadj 105 Record Goal Scorer (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Goals ------------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-present Andreas Kruger 37 2025-present Ousmane Tine 21 2024-present Kevin Toure 13 2024-present Gregory Lesueur 8 2027-present Goran Grahovac 7 Record Number of Assists (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Assists ----------------------------------------------------------------- 2023-present Gilles Comte 21 2025-present Ousmane Tine 13 2024-present Andreas Kruger 10 2025-present Goran Grahovac 10 2026-2031 Abdelkader Belhadj 8 Record Number of Clean Sheets (Players From The Academy Only) All time Player Number of Clean sheets ---------------------------------------------------------------- 2027-present Kevin Labonne 1
