    Thanks! It was definitely a case of PSG being well under their usual standards, rather than us being incredible strong. Truly insane finishing 2nd on 100 points. There is always next season

    We finished 2nd! A very good third season with Toulouse ending up 8 points behind PSG. We lost early in the cup, but got all the way to the final of the Europa League only to lose to Wolfsburg (beating Roma and Chelsea on our way to the final, amongst others). My Dutch trio of strikers combined for 61 goals in all competitions (Boadu 24 goals, Dallinga 21 goals, Emegha 16 goals). Now we need to strengthen to try to cut the gap to those guys in the capital.

    The issue solved itself when the January window shut, as the "transfer" was cancelled. That did not happen when the summer window closed though.

    Halfway through the third season with Toulouse, sitting pretty in 2nd with 11 points between us and Marseille in 3rd and 5 points behind the unbeatable PSG. Having finished in 4th & 6th respectively the first two seasons, I am seeing massive improvement this season. And that is very much because we have spread our goals around the squad, and in particular with a fondness for Dutch strikers. Boadu (16 goals), Dallinga (11 goals) and Emegha (10 goals) have all been solid. The only question is which Dutch striker should I buy next?

    I signed a pre contract with a player who was in his last six months of his contract. I then got the option of buying him out for a small fee, which I did, and the player was transfered to my team. However, on the status on the player, it still says "bid". The player is registered for Ligue 1, but the player is ineligible to play as " a player under offer who has already played for another team in one season cannot play in the next match or he will be ineligible for his new club. It has been like this for the entire first half of the season.

    After reading about all the interesting saves people had going in France, I thought I would start one myself. Decided on Toulouse, and definitely not regretting that choice now after the youth intake was announced.
