I severely underestimated this challenge I have been sacked after just 3 months due to dressing room atmosphere being in the garbage the player the board sign raised a fuss and even though he was a new signing he had most of the dressing room at his side which meant everyone was unhappy and I could never recover added to the fact half the squad wanted to leave. However I may have failed but will definitely will be trying this again.
