They are not getting themselves stewed, up as you have very condescendingly assumed, they are only hoping for a better way to spend their free time. But about all those things that were promised and never added, what can we do about them? How do you enjoy the better AI squad building, improved revenue streams with TV rights fixes & others, and, lest we forget, the negative transfer budget?

All playable, all matches played in full detail ! The database is set up with 200.000+ players with various leagues in Europe, South/North America or Asia being playable. This is why I am in 2027 only, I advance at most one matchday at 2-3 days interval, when time and work allows. I want realism, I get Douglas Luiz, McGinn, Kamara for Villa three-man midfield three years on.

But how do we address the issue of AI teams not making enough transfers or letting players go and so on. For example, in a save I have in 2027, top 4 teams of the top 5 leagues in Europe (Bayern, Real, PSG, City etc etc, but also almost any EPL team) are using almost the exact same starting 11 they used since the summer of 2023?

They have no incentive to do that, you will buy the game regardless. They know how addicted we* are. We = 80% of the player base.

The fact that Miles promotes his lack of public showings as something worth mentioning in a Dev Blog Post for a game is everything we need to know regarding fm 25: 1. He is out of touch with reality; why should we care he is not attending some events? 2. Game is half baked at best, with it being touted as the next big thing since before of fm23. Hopeless; 3. If they think 5.3728_371-1% int management player base is reason to remove it, just wait until their obsession with women football proves to be 0.2626626362% player base, an astonishing failure of immense magnitude.

Is it normal that 4-5 seasons after the start of the save, for the "big teams", to field the same players they used at the start? For example, City has 8-9 starters in 2028 that they had in 2024 or have in real life. Same goes for all top 5 league clubs. I play with a 200.000 player database with many leagues simulating at full.

Fm 2024 still has 7 more moths to go. And it's lacking if we are being objective. Why talk about the future when the present is so lackluster?

Basically meaning I am forced to play positional if I want to use any of those roles. Which is wrong imo.

As always with the creators of this game, we simply don't know. It was mentioned as a possibility, but it was not stated whether it's forced upon us. I asked a lot, even in the forums, on Tiwtter or Reddit if it is forced, but nobody knew. SI must have took it as a derogatory comment since they never answer. But the experience so far is that you are forced to play positional, even if you want to soak pressure, hoof the ball or play for actual set pieces.

It's what would make you not buy fm25. They figured this one out a couple of editions ago. And right now it's working as intended.

No ME changes in a xx.3 update. It has come to this sorry state of affairs indeed.
