Then you must have a very good squad. The stars change as you get better players or a player is in very good form. When your a top 3 prem side a 3 star player will be a top international. Your 4 and 5 star players are your Messi and Ronaldo type regens. I had a 3 star pot youth who ended up a 4nfalf star winger.i had a striker who wasn't great star rating wise and star of a season he would be 2 n half stars but he scored for fun. When I did auto pick the ass man wouldn't even bench him some weeks. However he would go from a decent premium player to a leading prem player and end up with 4 stars half way through season.

Fm 24 has been the most enjoyable in my experience. 22 and 23 the player play at to long and national teams have players in the late 30 s .

I transferred my save and had no problems. Just had to change a few things but found it a better save tbh.

What other football management sims is there? There is fm and fm only. They have no competition for a football management sim.

Make the columns bigger by clicking and dragging the mouse. You can change what goes where as well.

Determination attribute is not the holly grail. Professional players ate what you want. It's the personality of the player that's the most important.
