I've brought Archie Gray on my save. Agreed. Very good signing. I have Wilfred Gnonto as well. Struggled a bit at first. But is developing nicely. I have looked at Marcus Leonardo before. Heard he's good.

@knap who have been your most effective, Defensive midfielders, to buy, on this seasons FM24, and also who would you say, has been your most effective, Advanced Forward. I would like some other people's opinions, as well.

Anybody un earthed a world class advanced Forward wonderkid ??

Go to the player instructions as the pic shows. Then click on each position. Click on the personalised instructions for each player and position. Seems to be working well for me.

On the individual personal instructions I just click on each individual players one. It seems to help. Beaten, Liverpool and Man City with it. So must he working. I'll complete season and show results. I had a run of losing three or four games on the bounce. Tweeted the tactics to include the individual player instructions. Gone like eight games un beaten now. This included beating Liverpool and Man City. *Little of topic* has anyone got any recommendations for wonderkid - defensive midfielders and Advanced Forwards - replies be much appreciated

I am looking for a wonderkid Advanced Forward for my West Brom Save. Be looking at 10-20 million maximum spend. Any recommendations

Hi Knap, I have been your 4-2-3-1 tactic at Home, and 4-5-1 away. I have used personalised instructions on the players. Am I right in doing this. Or would you advise not to. My results have been really good with West Brom. Top of the League in the Premiership. Competing well in the Champions League. What do ypu advise. Use the personalised instructions or don't bother.

Well I have included a mid block and put personalised instructions on the position of the players. As you can see, doing very well results wise. Brought some great players. Gnonto on fire.

How do you reduce the mentality ?? I cabmn do the mid block How do you reduce the runs WBS DMS When you say reduce counter press and counter. Do you mean take them off and remove What do you mean hy Use OIS not position. Do you mean use what your assistant advises ??

So you'd advise a mid block for away games with this tactic. Plus use assistant managers opposition instructions. Plus individual player instructions from your assistant?? I'll try Update lost 5-3 to Man City. Played well mind. Do you advise using the opposition instructions from your assistant or not ??

Good Afternoon Knap. I have been using this tactic to great effect with West Brom. Won promotion and the FA Cup first season. Then won the Europa and FA Cup again second season. The tactic seems to work great at Home. I have some bad results away sometimes. I was wondering, do you change the mentality. Ie go cautious or defensive against the top 4 ie Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City etc. What would you advise. Or what tactic would you play against these sides. By the way im playing it on FM24 console PS5

Hi Knap sorry to keep asking. But can you post a screen shot of your best formation for Home games and Away games. I will run a season with your recommendations.

I'll play a season with this tactic at Home, give me one to try away in this season. I'll post the results.

I have found this position, and it is hard to find a really good wonderkid who can fit the position. I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a few wonderkids who can play it to a good standard.

First time poster. Was wondering if someone could recommend me. Three wonderkid ball playing defenders. I have started a save with West Brom in the Championship. I wanted three young wonderkid ball playing centre backs. I could mould in to Prem quality players. Obviously I need them within my budget, and to be intrested in joining.

I have used the Argus Knap 3-2-4-1 formation. Works well on a balanced mentality. But I do seem to concede a few goals. When you go in to a commanding lead. Is it advised to go to a cautios mentality or defensive mentality. Also for opposition instructions, do you leave to your assistant manager, or leave completely. I was also wondering, do you stick with the Argus Knap formation away from Home, or do you change to another formation. Would love to hear back. Thanks
