    There is a lower league database that includes functioning Serie D (and Eccellenza if you want it) on FMScout and on Steam by a contributor called gdb96. Italian Leagues with Playable Youth Teams | FM Scout It's working fine for me, except that I can't stop Brindisi from bouncing between Serie C and Serie D - but that's because of my tactical stupidity!
