  1. AYSA - Season 5 (2028) * Season Overview: After a successful season in local competitions, the challenge this season was to maintain the level and retain the Zimbabwe crown. The season did not start very well, as we suffered a painful defeat against our new biggest rivals, Dynamo Harare. But the team, as usual, went from less to more in its performance to once again win the league and the Zimbabwe Cup. But while we are the kings at the local level, we are still very weak at the continental level, we suffered a defeat in the first round of the CAF Champions League again against a Nigerian club, this time Remo Stars. * Youth Intake: A generation of youth players not as good as the last 2 seasons, at least in terms of number of stars. Although being positive, perhaps it is a sign that the level of our first team has increased considerably. This year's best youth player is forward born in the capital city, Innocent Mupariwa. * Squad: * Transfers:
  2. AYSA - Season 4 (2027) * Season Overview: This season will be remembered as the birth of a new giant in Zimbabwe, we won the local treble (premier league, national cup and super cup). With much of the team entering their second season together, cohesion was at its peak and it was a delight to watch these youth players play. Our debut in the Champions League was the only disappointment of the year, as we lost in the first round against Abia Warriors (Nigeria). * Youth Intake: This season produced a good intake with a great midfielder, and some decent guys for the rotation. * Squad: * Transfers:
  3. AYSA - Season 3 (2026) * Season Overview: Our first season in the Zimbabwe Premier League was beginning, neither the media nor the board were very optimistic in their predictions but my boys believed in their options. Although at first the team did not start well, as the games went by the team found its form and finished in an excellent third place. The next objective will be to get a place in the international cups. * Competition Performance: Winning the cup the previous season allowed us to play in the super cup against Dynamos Harare. Of course, we were no match for the best team in Zimbabwe and they welcomed us to the top division. In the national cup we maintained the title in another great season. * Academy: The 'factory' once again left us some very useful boys, two forwards with good personalities and who have the level to compete for a place in the first team. Now we have an overpopulation of center forwards, so one of them will be trained as a winger. Hot prospects: Lot Nhamoinesu - Francisco Nhatave - Ephraim Menala * Transfers:
  4. AYSA - Season 2 (2025) * Season Overview: The academy was preparing for its debut in professional football, with new energy from the youth promoted from the under-15 team. Beyond the fact that the board was content with a comfortable middle table, the feeling from the beginning is that these boys were hungry for more, and they achieved it. Not only did they earn promotion as champions of the second division, but they also won the prestigious Zimbabwe national cup, defeating several first division clubs along the way. * Competition Performance: * Squad: * Academy: Without being brilliant like the previous season, this group of youth players is quite decent, we receive a center back and a playmaker (he will surely be trained as a forward) who will fight for their place in the starting team. Hot prospects: Tawanda Chazika - Nyasha Mamvura - James Tavengwa * Transfers:
  5. AYSA - Season 1 (2024) * Season Overview: After more than a year without playing FM, it didn't take long for me to remember how enjoyable this game is. We arrived in Zimbabwe, and the board was clear in its objectives, we had to obtain the promotion quickly if we wanted to sustain ourselves financially. With just 10 players but with a team willing to run and sacrifice, we achieved not only promotion, but also the third division title, the club's first. * Competition Performance: * Squad: When we arrived at the club we had 18 players, but other clubs quickly took them away from us, finally we were only left with 10 players. The 10 lions who faced most of the league, playing on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but demonstrating their ambition and love for the club. The tactic used was a classic 442, waiting in the final third and counterattacking quickly when recovering the ball, it gave me very good results in my last save in Burundi, and is still very useful in Zimbabwe. * Academy: The club's good youth system did not fail, and we obtained 6 young players who jump directly to the starting team for next season, in addition that most of this year's youth players will be good substitutes. Hot prospects: Innocent Maziwisa - Talent Mandiranga - Nyasha Mhindirira * Transfers:
  6. Here begins my first African FM24 adventure, from Zimbabwe, a country with little football history but with a great passion for this sport. The chosen club is the Aces Youth Soccer Academy, better known as AYSA, recently promoted (in the game) to the third division and which is considered the best academy in the country and has produced a large number of national team players. The FM has this set up correctly, giving AYSA the best youth infrastructure stats in the country, although they remain mediocre overall. Club Profile: Manager Profile:
