Aue-Bad Schlema is a small town in Saxony, Germany, near the border with Czechia. Its population is around 20k, really not a big town. FC Erzgebirge Aue is in this small town, its beautiful stadium has 15.5k capacity which means it can hold 3/4 of the people in town. And people here do love football, that's a major part of their life. For most of the time of the past few decades, Aue plays in Bundesliga 2, at the end of 21/22 season, they dropped to 3. Liga till now and shows no sign of getting back. Some of the fans are hurt, stop watching games, the rest still support their team but losing them is a matter of time. The owner wants to make a change, and all of a sudden, the change comes.

At the beginning: After hundreds of hours spent on FM24, something went wrong. Everything has been functioning well actually, a bit too well…… For tactics, I know exactly how to make a good one which helps me beat teams much stronger than mine; For each position, I know who's top 20 top 50 and who's the best wonderkid to buy; I hire the best and the same coaches and agents save after save. In the end, the only difference between the saves are the team names. Taken charge of a low-level club and bump all the way up to the top seems to be a thing that SHOULD happen, I can no longer feel the joy within the procedure. This is not real. So, I decided to make a change, setting up some rules to have a new experience, to be thrilled by any slight success and make the difficulty level closer to reality. Rules: 1.No SL. 2.No in-game editor or any other tools to check any info. 3.Can only hire players through scouts, searching by name is not allowed. 4.No vacation, no skip games. 5.Let staff in charge of team training and player training, do not allow to change any of them in any case. 6.For tactics, high press, higher defend and tackle hard are all not allowed. Hopefully the story can please whoever will witness this special football journey.
