ASEC have great facilities and Ivory Coast have a much higher youth rating than Hungary so hopefully with the help of this we will be able to raise the quality of our youth intake a little bit. I've never seen such a trait before Unfortunately, our wonderkid 32e wants to leave the club, he is unhappy for months after the transfer windows and does not perform well. Then after he drops his unhappiness halfway through the season and wants to stay, he doesn't want to sign a new contract because he finds the team too weak. He is not yet influential enough in the dressing room, so the team is still with me and I was able to keep him here, but I'm afraid we won't be able to keep him in the long term.

In the UCL, we were unfortunately eliminated from the league phase again, I feel that the challenge is getting really difficult here, the quality that would allow me to reach the later stages of the UCL seems very distant at the moment.     Apart from a major ups and downs, the first season went well for me, so I didn't have any particular problems with the atmosphere in the dressing room, but if there was a problem, I constantly tried to praise the training work of the players every week and I also used the praise conduct whenever possible, this kind of praise is always accepted by the players, this is how I tried to maintain a good mood because at first it is not always easy until you have the right reputation and relationship with the players. The best way to get very good morale is always to win the matches Unfortunately, injuries are always a problem and it will only become more and more difficult when you have to stand up on more and more fronts. I got out of this as well, but I used a lot of rest and I don't leave the control of the training to the assistant manager, who would put in three endurance sessions immediately after a double gameweek, but I constantly adjusted the training plan in such a way that injuries could be avoided as best as possible, pay attention which players have injury prone and recurring injuries and not to overload them, but unfortunately this is often a bit random. From time to time it happened that some players were not completely satisfied with the role they played, but since the team was doing well, I didn't have any major problems. I am surprised that you have problems with the board because in my save it is one of the best boards I have ever worked with, already in the first season they allowed several coaching courses and several facilities upgrades. I'm not 100% sure what the reason for this could be, that it's different for you, but I think that as you deliver the results, they will allow more and more, and I don't know if it matters that if I see it correctly, your starting determination is 1, mine was 5 at the start. I don't know if it matters that much, but my application was not accepted at first either, but the insistence was successful many times. I hope I was able to help and don't give up! We managed to reach the Europe League league phase through the Champions League qualifier, but unfortunately only one draw was achieved there along with seven defeats.     Békéscsaba Előre 1912 Season 4 2027/2028 Competitions: Absolutely INSANE season, it all started with the fact that, completely exceeding my expectations, we got through the Conference League qualifiers undefeated all the way to the league phase, knocking out Vitesse, among others. I was happy that we would get some money, but I thought that due to the double workload, we wouldn't be able to perform extremely well in the league, and I set the goal of 4th place, which would bring the team to the Conference League qualifiers again. Compared to this, we not only held our own in the Conference Leage, but also advanced to the Knock Out Play Off Round, defeating Anderlecht, for example, away from home in the league phase, from where we eliminated Trabzonspor and reached the round of 16. The dream ended here, with a goal in the 96th minute, Panathinaikos said goodbye to us with an overall score of 5-6. In the meantime, the team remained at the top of the league and had a chance to overturn the dominance of Ferencváros, which we managed to achieve, thus celebrating the championship title for the first time in the club's history, and this became the first truly memorable season of the challenge. Squad: He is our best player, he came from the second youth intake. He is only 17 and already have 2 senior caps and he is developing like crazy, it will be a real challenge to keep him at the club. I think there is a chance for him to be the first "wonderkid media description" guy of the save.     My current save is a youth academy challenge, so I can observe the phenomenon better. I currently have 4-5 newgen youth players who turned 18 and switched to FRESH status practically on that day. Because of this, I consider it possible that this is not a bug, but that this is how the game differentiates between adult and child physics. But hopefully we can get confirmation on this from someone who knows more about the subject. I will also continue to monitor whether this will happen to all my youth players.

    Near the end of the third season, due to technical reasons, unfortunately, I cannot continue the Putnok save. Very frustrating because it went well and I put a lot of hours into it. I thought a lot about what other type of save to start after this, but it was so much fun that I realized that I only want to do this challenge, despite the fact that I have to start all over again.     I have started two long term saves in FM24 so far, in the first one my home grown youth players did not get a lot of attention, but I noticed this problem there as well, but it didn't really affect me there. However, I have currently started a youth academy challenge where this will be more important. I am currently paying more attention to the phenomenon and at the moment some of my players who have just turned 18 years old, the constant low fatigue status has disappeared after 3 years and they are able to regenerate into fresh status, so I think that this "bug" is not necessarily a bug but a normal state between the ages of 15-18 and as soon as the player turns 18, this problem disappears, in my opinion, thus representing that the given player now has an adult physique.

    Is it possible that the low fatigue status will disappear when they turn 18? and this is actually not a bug, but the players are physically weaker because of their young age and are therefore in a constant low fatigue state?

    PUTNOK FC - HUNGARY SEASON 2 - 2025/2026 We finished 5th in the hungarian first division, we missed out of the Conference League against MTK only because of the result againts each other.     I noticed a bug during my two long term saves (one started in November, the other in February) that my youth players are not able to regain their FRESH status but remain in a permanent LOW FATIGUE status. This problem only exists with newgens. - My youth intake comes to my club in low fatigue status by default and these players remain in permanent low fatigue status. - Even if they don't play a single match for months and don't get training, they won't regain their fresh status either like the non-regen players. - if I send them to rest for 2 weeks, even several times in a row, they will not regain their fresh status like the non-regen players. - Even during the long winter and summer holidays, they do not become fresh like the non-regen players. - Whether I move them to the youth or senior team, the problem still exists. Strange things that are also related to the problem: - If I sign a 18-year-old newgen from, for example, Dinamo Zagreb's U19 team, he is also in permanent low fatigue status, so he comes to my team and never becomes fresh. - On the other hand, if I sign a 17-year-old newgen from Dinamo Zagreb's senior team who has already participated in senior football, he either arrives in Fresh status or if he arrives in Low fatigue status, he can still regain Fresh status. - THIS LATER UNFORTUNATELY does not solve the problem with my home-grown youth players, even though they get playing time in my senior team, it does not solve the problem in their case. Strange things that can solve the problem: - If I loan out my newgen stuck in low fatigue status to a senior team and i recall him from the loan, he becomes fresh status like the real players and the problem disappears. - If the newgenem stuck in low fatigue status gets SENIOR international call up, after returning, it becomes fresh and the problem disappears (U19/21 etc.. team match DOES NOT solve the problem). Unfortunately, these are quite frustrating and in the case of a newgen who is never loaned out and never called up to the senior national team, the low fatigue status will remain for an entire career. Thanks in advance for your reply on what could be causing this problem and how can i solve this? It is just a screenshot from the last day of my recent winter break, the low fatigue players are newgens, the fresh ones are non-newgen players. I uploaded one of the save files of my recent youth academy challenge. You can see that after the winter break all the newgens are on low fatigue and all the non-regen players are on fresh.

    - When they spawned into the save they were already on low fatigue level. The 2024's Youth candidates are on low fatigue level for one and a half year in addition to the fact that some of them didn't play a single match so i think the long summer holiday also doesn't solve this problem. - It is not caused by the training intensity because i tried to solve it with totally zero traning, i tried to send them on holiday or just rest them 8 weeks etc..., i tried everything but they are stucked for some reason on low fatigue So i don't know what is it exactly I don't know if this is a bug or just something which comes from young age and will be resolved when they will be older and will have better phisycal skills. - First day of pre-season, you can see that the "real" players are FRESH but the regens are on LOW fatigue
