Thank you all! Yes I do like the grouping of the attributes. It makes sense and is actually easier viewing in smaller related groups than the 3 main ones in the default skin. Like you say, a case of getting use to the visual change over time, and yes that's a very good point! Relating the strength in different attribute groups to how they transfer to the on pitch performance stats as well as what roles I am choosing will over time tell a bigger story.
A working example of using the skin in my first scouting exercise. I receive a structured 71m offer from Newcastle for my centre-back Aurele Amanda at Bristol City playing in the Premier league. I ask his agent about renewing his contract and slightly baulk at the increased demand in wages. I look at his performance stats as a centre-back from 12 starts in the Premier league this season. He is above the 80th percentile for tackles won per 90 AND headers won per 90. Also hitting the 100th percentile for non pen expected goals (and being highlighted as a target forward :-) ). Certainly a dangerous threat from set pieces!
I search for centre-backs with at least 10 appearances and close to the heading and tackling stats of Amanda and valued up to 50m, wanting to take the money and buy a cheaper alternative if I can. There are a few close in one of either categories but no one comes close to having such high performance in both. Suffice to say, I rejected the offer and offered him the bigger contract he wanted. Previously, I would have probably sold him and gambled on a younger cheaper option, taking a backwards step while strengthening a rival. Also suffice to say, I'm already enjoying the ways in which this can positively change up my game if I can learn how to use this in the right way!
