Okay so I'm playing Ipswich in the premier league buying Gila from Fulham who just got promoted this season. The first time I buy him, his work permit gets denied(even though he's been playing for Fulham) and I get a chance to allocate one of my esc spots to him. However I get a message saying the transfer got cancelled, no reason provided. I then continued to approach Fulham once again and buy the player again except this time when he accepts, he's not eligible for esc either which makes zero sense. He made two sub appearance for them this season(one of the domestic cups in which he missed a penalty in the shootout losing them the match and a pl match I think) and seventeen appearances in the sky bet championship last season. I don't understand how he was eligible for esc the first time and then suddenly wasn't the next time around. The transfer shouldn't have gotten cancelled in the first place. I have uploaded two files named ipswich-73 and ipswich-75, the first one before the first transfer in which I could allocate him an esc slot and the latter when the second transfer is about to fall through due to him being esc ineligible
