I have a complain against the transfers in my save. Playing as Rennes, in my 3rd season now. I finished 2nd and 3rd and are 2md atm after half a season. In all of my time in the club, there were barely any offers for my players and if they are, they are ridicilously low. For example, I have a central defender, Arthur Theate. We all know him, the game describes him as a world class defender. His value is 31-48mil. The biggest offer I got from Arsenal was 22mil in casg plus 2.2 mil over 2 years. 24mil for this guy? It's laughable really. I should at least be able to get the price he is valued for if not more. All players I managed to sell were sold for 3x less their value. I offer a player worth 5-8mil by the game out and I got one offer. 1.1mil!!?? But at this point Theate is the one that makes me angry because he is constantly unhappy because I dont want to sell him and I refuse to sell this guy for 1/3 of what he is really worth. This lowballing offers of 20mil are a joke.

On my save I am in the season 2027/28 and Chelsea first team still plays Lukaku,Kante,Kovacic,Chillwel,Jorginho,Mount.Sterling..All players older then 32 years. The youngest first teamers are Fofana and some other defender with 28 years old. Lewandowski is still first choice striker in Barcelona with 39 years old! When I try to find a player with maximum age of 23 for my team (I am ManUtd) it is a big big drought on the market of high quality players. When you start the game, search for example for DLP under 23 years old for ManUtd and you will find at least a dozen great options. Now, in the end of season 6 there are hardly any. It's quite disappointing how old players are world class until their 40's and then you have low quality newgens on the market. They are not all low quality, you can find good ones here and there but in general the quality of players drops I feel.

What are you talking about? The player came in to the game universe through my youth intake. I don't understand your arguments. His one and only club he played and plays for in the game is ManUtd.

I know but it's not really logical if the player is from your own youth intake. At least he should be homegrown in england. he didn't come from Mars. He's been training football in england his whole life,no?

he was 16 when he joined (he came through in the youth intake) the club and the first season in the club was 2026/27. he has seasons 26/27 and 27/28 in the history.

IDK if this is a bug or it's supposed to be like this but I have one of my youth intake players promoted to the senior squad, it's a player who came through a season ago, so in his player history there's just two seasons he exists in the game but the player doesn't have homegrown status neither of trained by the club or trained in england? I know there's a rule of minimum 3 years training with the club/country but he is a product of my youth academy and is englis, born in england. He should surely have a status of a player trained in england,no?

I conceded 14 goals in the league after playing 38 games. My keeper had 26 clean sheets. Cheers.

Is it possible to link opposition instructions to one tactic? For example this is my offensive variant of 4231 with corresponding opposition instructions by positions: DEFENSIVE VARIANT: But when I switch to defensive variant, I want different opposition instructions (for example I trigger press only offensive player positions). But the TC will only remember oppositions instructions which I made for my offensive tactic and when I switch to def variant I have to clear all opposition instructions and adjust for defensive variant. When I switch back to offensive, then I have to manually alter oppositions instructions again. It is frankly pain in the ass. Can I save oppo instr. somehow for each tactic?

Yeah, sometimes defenders like freeze for a half a second and the striker just goes past. Can be frustrating but it doesnt happen that often. My 4th season with Juventus, conceded just 9 goals in 21 league games so all is fine.

Board confidence should be tweaked a bit. At the start of my 3rd season with Juve, the required result in CL was "win the CL". Quite unrealistic demand I'd say but fine. So, I am first position in Serie A and I lose vs Chelsea in the Round of 16 in CL and we have a crisis where I am summoned to talk with the board who is considering to sack me? How stupid is that, they want to sack me even thoughI am sitting 1st place in the league with 9 games to go? In what universe would that happen? I managed to talked them out of it but there never should have been a meeting called in the first place. Also 7 or 8 players want to meet because I lost the Round of 16? Me? They didn't play? They didn't concede two goals in two minutes? WTF? I dissmissed them all, and all is good except Pogba who is left with "unh" sign.

Manual player search is still the mother of transfer windows for me. Can't be arsed with this new scoutning system when I sent my scouts to search for left back for Juventus with minimun 2.5 stars rating and he comes back with 5 players! Come on. There must be at least 50 left backs with 2.5 stars rating for Juve in the world,no?

Don't think I 've seen it mentioned but there is too many yellow cards given. also too much fouls per game. Seldom will I see the game without at least 3 or 4 bookings. Often there will be 5+ bookings.

No matter of hardcoded "hold the position" instruction, it is my understanding that in this new ME, the pivots will play higher up the pitch when you have the ball..so they will be in the MC strata and hold the position there. They won't be locked in the DM strata because of the instruction.

Was thinking of buying Mazzocchi for Juventus as a back up option. Do you think he could play at that level?

Anyone ever had any success with using preset tactics? Whenever I use a preset counter attacking tactic, I just get battered by the AI. Makes me wonder what's the use of those? They clearly are not working at all.

I am. Had a treamendously hard first season. Out from Europe after the group stage. Managed to win vs Napoli in the final game of the season and leapfrog them to 4th place, otherwise I'd get sacked for sure. Lot of injuries, also was labouring to find a tactical system the whole season, trying 4-4-2 then 4-2-3-1 and finally chose high possesion 4-3-3. Best players were Vlahović, Milik, Cuadrado,Danilo, Di Maria and Locatelli. The worst were all defenders except Bremer, Sczesny and Pogba also quite ****. The squad for season two is like this: And my second team is this: Edit: Forgot about Miretti.. I'll play Rovella at DM and Miretti in his MC position. Will look to loan out Ranocchia.
