  1. Hi Miguel, why do you think there’s a problem? This isn’t a large graphics pack with many MB. If you have 19 files, it means you’ve downloaded all the files correctly. You need to place the files in the Editor Data folder, without any additional subfolders.
  2. @luciogabriel I am having a similar issue. A lot of players at 30 or 31 years old retire from playing football. Others immediately become staff at the age of 30.
  3. Hi @Zachary Whyte In my career games, I really enjoy signing older players so they can finish their playing careers at my club, and then possibly hire them as staff once they retire from playing football. Since I always start in the lower leagues with hidden player attributes, I usually bring in a large number of trialists from the free agent pool. I've noticed that many players over 30, if released by their club and not signed by another club quickly, retire within a few days. It has often happened that after completing their trial period at my club, an over-30 player immediately retired, and I didn't have enough time to sign him. In other cases, I've seen players turn 30 and immediately become both a player and non-player. Here are some examples: In my career, I’m currently in Serie C, Italy. However, I started from a lower division, Serie D (4th tier in Italy, a non-default league). The players I’m referring to are all from Serie C. Thank you for your attention. I’ll be opening a new thread about this.
  4. Players retire too early. Another issue, which I find quite annoying, is that players retire too early. I don't understand how it's possible, but many players quit playing football at just 30-31 years old and become staff. I believe this is a rather urgent problem that needs to be fixed. In reality, it can happen that a 31-year-old player retires, but in the game, 8 out of 10 players announce their retirement once they turn 30.
  5. Besides, the other teams also strengthen themselves with loans and signings. But even without making any transfers, I’ve noticed that the opponents don't put up any resistance.
  6. Have you also noticed that the leagues not active by default are much too easy to win compared to the leagues that are already included in the game? Is it just my impression, or have you encountered this as well? I’m not referring to leagues without players, but to leagues that are fairly well-detailed in terms of squads, players, staff, and boards, such as the seventh or eighth tier of English football.
  7. Have you also found that the leagues not active by default are much too easy to win compared to the leagues that are already included in the game? Is it just my impression, or have you noticed this as well?
  8. New Version: FUSION DB - PRIMA CATEGORIA 1.1 - Fixed an issue in the Italian Super Cup semi-final that prevented the winning teams from advancing to the next round
  9. Maybe we are misunderstanding each other. In my game, I have started the Prima Categoria (7th tier) and, as you can see from that screenshot, I am coaching both the Congo and Nigeria national teams without any problems or restrictions. I don't know what mess you made inside the Editor Data folder and which files you have loaded.
  10. No, the cause seems to be the external files you insert into the editor data. Our files are limited to Italy, and except for the 'youth rating 1.6' file, we haven't modified anything outside of Italy. The African leagues aren't even selectable by default in the game. Please, as we always say in our Italian community, don't blame our files if you insert many different files into Editor Data. As you can see, there is no problem in my game.
  11. We've all thought this for a few years now. We've been waiting for this kind of breakthrough, not just in FM but in video games in general. It's so obvious that it should be implemented that it feels almost redundant to ask for it.
  12. It seems like a fairly simple thing to implement. It would be really useful to add a search filter based on the local region of birth. For example, if I coach a Tuscan team (Fiorentina, Empoli, etc.), I would like to search for and hire players or staff born in Tuscany. At the moment, it is only possible to search by city of birth, but not by local region of birth. It's a great pity since this information about players and staff is already integrated into the database.
  13. It doesn't seem to be written that it is an Update 2024-25. ChievoVerona will be active for the 2024/25 season. The game starts in the 2023/24 season, we clearly wrote that all the updates we made stopped at March 30, 2024, or the first days of April. Beyond that date, we didn't go further because it doesn't make much sense... we are already carefully preparing the Serie D 2024/25 for FM25. Such impatience! If you really want to, you can change the names of the teams you want through the pre-game editor.
  14. The entire pyramid of the Italian football league! DOWNLOAD LINK: https://www.mediafire.com/file/fjc2g7dk5m3m62x/FUSION_DB_-_Prima_Categoria_1.1.zip/file The Prima Categoria is the fourth amateur level and seventh overall in the Italian football league system, organized by the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti through the Regional Committees. It represents the third most important tournament for them after Eccellenza and Promozione. Each individual league winner within the Prima Categoria level progresses to their closest regional league in the Promozione level. This pack of files for Football Manager 2024, compatible with the latest patches 24.3 and 24.4, enables and makes playable the Serie D, Eccellenza, Promozione, and Prima Categoria in Italy. All introduced categories adhere to real formats and regulations. Additionally, we have corrected the format of the World Football Italian Torunament - Viareggio Cup, updated the prizes for the Coppa Italia in Serie A, added the Regional Cups of Eccellenza, and many other corrections. We remind you that enabling all these divisions (over 1500 teams in Prima Categoria, and another 1000 teams just in Promozione) may slow down gameplay speed. Therefore, we recommend using a recent PC with good or excellent processing power. Updates have also been made to the records of the precarious economic situations of some Serie D clubs. Furthermore, realistic prices for tickets and season passes for each Serie D team have been implemented. All these changes allow for a much more active transfer market in the lower leagues. FIX REGIONALITÀ 3.0 (REGIONALITY FIX) A file that improves the distribution of clubs across various Serie D groups based on geographical areas. PRIMA CATEGORIA 1.1 The file that unlocks and makes playable the 7 levels of the Italian football league: introducing the 4 amateur categories of Serie D, Eccellenza, Promozione, and Prima Categoria - Serie D consists of 9 groups. - Serie D playoffs (as in reality, do not allow for promotion to Serie C, but are only used for possible re-admissions, which are impossible to replicate in Football Manager. However, we have included the playoffs to adhere as closely as possible to reality and to exploit greater income for the participating clubs). - Promotion and relegation playoffs now also included as they occur in reality. - Corrected transfer windows for amateurs and professionals. - Correct disciplinary rules in all its phases (championship, playoffs, playouts, championship pool, and playoffs). - Corrected the maximum number of players on the bench. - Corrected the maximum number of substitutions. - Real duration of players' contracts. - Inserted the real maximum wage cap for Serie D players. - Real regulations and dates for PlayOuts and PlayOffs. - Real Championship Pool regulations. - Updated and revised the Serie D Coppa Italia. - Fixed the Primavera 4. - Implemented changes to the Under rules starting from the second season. STADI NAZIONALI GIOVANILI (NATIONAL YOUTH STADIUM) Corrected many stadiums around the world and made them available to host youth tournament matches. VALUTAZIONE GIOVANI 1.6 (YOUTH RATING) This file for FM24 slightly alters, through more precise calibration, the production of young talents born around the world, in all the various nations of the game. For instance, Argentina will now be one of the most important talent factories almost on par with Brazil and France, with a slight improvement also in the quality of players born in Morocco, Central Africa, and many other nations scattered across the globe that were otherwise excessively overlooked. For proper balancing of the game's delicate mechanics, other nations, on the contrary, will now have more difficulty producing international-level players. zDB UPDATE 3.2 (compatible only with the Original game mode) A substantial update to the database (players and staff) covering the first four levels of the Italian football championship, with a particular focus on Serie C and Serie D: - Updated the most recent transfers in the Italian championship from Serie A to Serie D (as of 30.03.24) - Added missing data, and corrected existing data, for some youths in Primavera 1 and Primavera 2 - Added players and staff to the players' preferences - Updated manager changes in the Italian championship from Serie A to Serie D (as of 30.03.24) - Updated shirt numbers in Serie A, Serie B, and Serie C - Updated and corrected many shirt numbers in Serie D - Updated the injury situation in Serie D - Inserted missing data for some players (height, weight, birth city) from Serie A to Serie D - Recalibrated many aspects of some clubs in Serie C and Serie D to more closely match the current league position of their real-life counterparts - Corrected some player attributes and position in Serie C and Serie D - Added missing careers of some players between Serie C and Serie D SCREENSHOTS: HOW TO INSTALL Place all .fmf files (there are 19 files) in "Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2024>editor data". NEW SAVEGAME IS REQUIRED! It's recommended to play in Original game mode. In the other two modes (Real World and Your World), the zDB Update and Missing files are not compatible. Have fun! Cheers, FUSION DB
  15. Thanks. We have never pushed beyond the Prima Categoria. It's not feasible and doesn't make much sense. We already do a great and arduous job every year to officially introduce all Prima Categoria teams into the FM database. Prima, Seconda, and Terza Categoria teams are subject to radical changes; one year they exist, but the next year they may disappear. It’s truly an arduous task.
  16. As we wrote in the file description: we chose to include the playoffs exactly as they happen in reality. However, the playoffs do not allow you to move up to Serie C; in reality, they only function for a possible readmission in case of a failure among the Serie C teams. Only the club that finishes first in the league can be promoted to Serie C.
  17. In a few days, we will release a new update that also unlocks the other lower leagues up to the seventh division (the Prima Categoria).
  18. Thanks @Zachary Whyte Unfortunately, this issue recurs with some frequency. I've also tried saving before a match, exiting the game, and loading the saved games: to no avail, the issue remains unresolved.
  19. Hi Russell! Of course, the players' attributes have been modified. In fact, they have just been updated based on the actual performance of the last 6-7 months to have end-of-season rankings that are more in line with reality. I don't understand your resistance; it doesn't make any sense. I myself officially work on the FM database for the lower leagues, so there is no difference in editing criteria between the official database and this one. I am always the one who updates the attributes, preferences, and a multitude of data for the clubs and players in the lower leagues. In this database update, I included some changes that, due to lack of time, I couldn't include in the official database. So, what are you worried about? This is not an update done superficially or roughly; it is an update done with great care and effort, just like the official one, because the person managing it is always the same, which is me. In fact, it is highly recommended because it corrects some errors that unfortunately remained in the official database, in addition to enriching the database with further missing data. I don't think it's very pleasant to have some players with random heights in the squad when you know perfectly well whether a player is tall or short, just to give a simple example. So, it's highly recommended to use this update. There are not only attribute changes but many other modifications as you can read in the description of each file. The Serie D database is huge, and unfortunately, we can't update everything perfectly by the official FM release date. I hope you can understand this, and that you can appreciate the great work behind both the official database and this update.
  20. I don't know, but it's quite annoying that many names are displayed outside the shirt, or that the name is covered by the player's face.
