Currently I have a young goalie with 5* potential and no Goalkeeping coach… Presumably this will affect the development of the keeper? Other then improving by playing games, can/will the young goalie develop?

Would it be possible to be able to talk to the player in the future upgrades if they don’t want to change position? Quite a few academy players recently would be good defenders… But are too stubborn to retrain. if you keep playing them in a different position - Presumably more likely to retrain?

I always find there’s a lack of Elite full backs on FM (other then the obvious Trent, Reece, Cancelo etc etc). I always end up retraining players… Ie Joao Gomes has become a pretty good full back. Wondered who else can be turned into a world class full back?

Presumably with say San Marino and Monaco, once that nation has enough players for that nation available on the database, you can become national manager? Are the players produced from the Monaco academy Monégasque to play for the national team?

In preparation for FM23, I was wondering which teams represent a country while playing in another country/division, similar to the below: FC Andorra (Play in Spain) FC Vaduz (Liechtenstein that play in Switzerland) I’m not sure if the Swiss league is coming to FM23? Quite enjoyed last years save, being the FC Andorra manager while producing players for the Andorran national team. Took a few decades to become La Liga and World Cup winners.

For me the best part / biggest buzz from the game on mobile is drawing a 5* youngster to be able to develop for years to come. For me - it keeps the game going when you’re 7/8 years in with a team. I’m FC Kobenhavn. 5* training & youth facilities. X4 Gold coaches (Attacking, defending, fitness, general) all with natural aptitude. Regularly in the QF of the CL. Club rating 4*. In 7 years, I’m yet to pull more than a 3.5* youth player from my youth academy? Ive now started to save the game, exit and reload to try and get a good pull to keep the game going. I’m currently 0 good youth pulls from about 100 loads over the past 3 seasons with the above facilities. What am i missing? What more can be done to get a good youth player?
