Due to a power outage while my save was being saved my save file is corrupt!? Even my back up doesn't want to load anymore. Anyone of you had this?

I'm not a graphic designer and I don't own photoshop or anything.
Would someone please be so very kind to make kits for my local team, 4th tier in Belgium, Lokeren-Temse?
I want to do the youth academy challenge with them.
This is our home shirt. We play in black shorts and yellow socks!
Our away shirt is the same but in blue, with the dark blue part of Silverfin in white. With black shorts and black socks.

Danny Veyts, U23s coach of Lokeren-Temse earns 17,5K/month?
That's tripple the best player lol. I think that's wrong and kills my save because I need to pay 325K to get rid of him on a 170k budget.
Ridiculous bug. I'm staying out of Belgium even tho it's my local team.
Also a lot of transfers for next season already.

Kit colours are wrong:
Home: white shirts, black shorts yellow socks.
Away: completely yellow.
Gil Van Moerzeke is a striker/ Right winger. He used to be a center back, not anymore.
Attendance: Lokeren sold 1800 season tickets in real life, even in 4th tier. I'd like to see that changed because 300 at the moment is way too low.
We merged with Temse, we should get their history displayed. But the fanbase is Lokeren's. Not Temse's.0 -

I'm taking over my LOCAL and favourite club of all time.
Lokeren is the city I grew up in. My club which I follow home and away in real life even after our bankrupcy and merger with Temse.
So here is the new manager of KSC Lokeren-Temse, fully eligible for the challenge this year.
I will be able to get in my full passion in this one!

My local team, KSC Lokeren, went bankrupt en merged with KSV Temse in Belgian 4th tier. In Belgium 3 tiers are playable.
So my FM21 is already set :)
Youth only with KSC-Lokeren-Temse in Belgium. :)

Well, that escalated quickly.
I was dead last after 12 games. Board sacked me after having me to make me win to Boca Juniors away lol.

Flandria season 2021-2022 ReviewLeague - Fixtures - Transfers - squad - Signed Youth Intake
So, where do I start?
The League: We finished again in a playoff spot. Our draw was very lucky. We met all the team we beat before in the league. We went straight to the final and there we were favorites as well!
We won in a very close game the final with a penalty, converted by my goalie Lungarzo who has 14 on penalty taking (go go @Jimbokav1971! )
So we are going up to the Superliga! Now we can start really the developing! I'm going to focus more on training now.
The youth intake was bad and good at the same time. We got 4 useable players, but the intake was widely of poor quality. I only signed a couple more but my prognosis for this bunch is bad.
We can't all have a wonderkid every year can we? Bit of luck is needed too.
Facilities: Youth & Training facilities are upgraded. I immediatly asked for another and that's coming too.
So we're doing great!
Next year goals: survival. That's it.

Flandria - Season 2020-2021
League - Playoffs - Transfers - Fixtures 1 - 2 - 3 - Youth Intake - BalandaSo, Romania was a failure. I love this challenge and the way of playing too much to give it up even though I'm failing a lot haha.
Anyway, back to Argentina. Flandria. Founded by a guy from Flanders where I live. They also play in the same colours as my favourite football team, KSC Lokeren-Temse (new merged club after my club, KSC Lokeren went bankrupt this month Guaranteed youth challenge next FM with my local team tho! We're starting in 4th tier and 3rd tier is playable in the default db!)
So, we started the league horribly. But after a tactical switch we marched and marched on! We finished on a decent spot but we were chanceless in the playoffs. Good season nevertheless.
The board also decided to improve all facilities!Our youth intake sucked. Only 4 players worth a slight mention but I'm showing Balanda 20A who's showing the most progress.
At home we play a vertical tiki taka 424. Away we play a fluid counter 4141DM wide.
Seems to work miracles at the moment. I'm letting go of some players who won't make the cut.@XaW: what are your best tips to get great youth personalites like I see you having a lot?

Season 2024 review
Competions overview - Transfers - Youth Intake 2025We were able to retain the title. The leagues almost a done deal because of the so low level and my focus on progress is making it so that I'm already playing with the best players in the league.
Asian football is sooo hard tho, because of the difference in quality. I got hammered in the CL.
From now on it's taking the best prospects, including them in my team and trying to perform each year a bit better in Asian Continental football.
It's hard because the group stages of the CL are actually in my pre-season.
Youth intake 2025 is nothing worth mentioning I'm afraid.
Anyway, let's do this!
