Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 2042/43 Season A much better season where we were very consistent throughout and finished in 4th place in the Championship group. Unfortunately we lost the final to get the last European spot but overall very positive. Sigma is now the team to beat in Czechia.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 2041/42 Season Awful awful season. Not much else to say. I almost quit this save, that's how much I felt like everything was falling apart. I'm happy I stuck with it and hopefully we improve.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 2040/41 Season Extremely difficult season where although we concentrated on the league instead of Europe we kept struggling. We are now at great facilities and good youth facilities so hopefully that translates soon to better players. As of right now my best players are only decent quality for the this league.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 2039/40 Season Pretty decent season where we again made it into Europe but in the Conference. We need to get more depth in the squad to handle making a run though.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 15th Season (2038-39 Season) A very good season overall even though we didn't make it back to Europe for next season. Playing in the Europa League really stretched the depth of the team to its limits. We ended getting out of the league portion but losing in the round of 16. Not bad for our first time in that competition. In the Czech league it was a bit difficult since we prioritized Europe but a good mid-table finish anyways. With all the money we made we were able to upgrade the facilities multiple times so I'm excited for the benefits that will bring us.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 14th Season (2037-38 Season) Another great season as we accomplished our highest position yet in the league with third after the Championship round. We qualified for the Europa League. We were also able to finally improve our facilities for the first time.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 13th Season (2036-37 Season) Great season! We finally did it, we will play in the European Conference League second round qualifier. I hope that it's the start of regular European competitions for us.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 12th Season (2035-36 Season) Lots of ups and down, not much that sticks out. We got an increase in the amount of coaches allowed so we are starting to see the benefits in some of our players that had previously hit a plateau. Another mediocre intake. Something has to give at some point...

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 11th Season (2034-35 Season) Best season so far with worst end of season so far. We finished in the top 6 which meant we qualified for the European Places Playoffs but then proceeded to LOSE ALL GAMES to miss out on our first European competition.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 10th Season (2033-34 Season) Another disappointing season where we had to play in the relegation group. Not happy at all with our performances. Also, we got a very poor intake this year.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 9th Season (2032-33 Season) We had an up and down season where we almost qualified for Europe. We lost the European Places Final Playoffs to Sigma Olomouc in a disappointing 1-0 defeat in extra time.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 8th Season (2031-32 Season) A really good season this was. I concentrated on morale a little more this season and it really paid off with a more consistent run mid season than usual. I would really like to make a run for the European places next season. Our squad is staying intact so that will be the goal.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 7th Season (2030-31 Season) We were a little more consistent this season and we finally ended above the relegation playoffs which was a nice change. Transfers: Youth Intake: Probably our poorest intake so far. Hopefully it just means that our first team is finally up to a better caliber. I will be once again expecting to not fight for relegation.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 6th Season (2029-30 Season) As expected, another difficult season. A little better than last year as we didn't have to go through a relegation/promotion playoff to stay in the league. My team seems to always come together when it's the end of the year, I wish we could have this consistently in the season then we may be more of a mid table team. Transfers: Youth Intake: Second year in a row that we get a lackluster youth intake. I expect the same struggles this season, I can't wait to see the light at the end of the tunnel...

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 5th Season (2028-29 Season) It was an extremely difficult season. We finished 14th and in the relegation group. We weren't able to catch up anyone so we played a two legged match to (hopefully) secure safety in the First Division. We lost the first leg 3-1 but turned it around in the second leg with a 3-0 victory to stay in the division. Transfers: Youth Intake: I've accepted that we were going to struggle and expect more of the same next season. Although there will be more stability in the squad next year so maybe that will help.

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 4th Season (2027-28 Season) Horrible second season in the First Division. We hit a stretch where we lost 9 straight league games. Happy that we ended up regaining form in the end to safely escape relegation but I feel like this could be the norm in the next few seasons. Quite a few important players are leaving us including young striker and star of the team, 18 year old Lumir Cicovsky, who signed for Sparta after refusing to sign a contract with us. Transfers: Youth Intake: Not a great intake this year. I have to start being creative with my training as we are lacking in fullbacks. This year will be a real battle against relegation, I may try and tweak my tactics more than usual. Fingers crossed I survive...

Usti nad Labem - Czech First Division - 3rd Season (2026-27 Season) Good first season in the First Division. Although we ended playing the relegation group we were never in danger, I'm happy about the development of our now 17 year old striker Lumir Cicovsky who scored 27 goals in the league but wants to leave for a bigger club. Transfers: Youth Intake: Not sure what to expect next season. I think that showed at times that we are a mid table team so I would be happy with that this season.

Usti nad Labem - Czech Second Division - 2nd Season (2025-26 Season) Promotion! Happy to have done it in my second season in charge. Barely used any youth players yet so hopefully that changes soon. Transfers: Youth Intake: Lumir Cicovsky is already good enough to best our best striker: Next season will obviously be about survival. I'm confident we can do it but it will still be a battle. I will try to integrate some of the youth players in the team, my older guys are not gonna around much longer.

Usti nad Labem - Czech Second Division - 2024-25 Season It was a really good first season. We missed the promotion playoffs by 6 points. Transfers: Youth Intake: Next season, with basically the same squad, I'm thinking we could push for promotion. I don't see many of the youth players making a claim in the first team yet but there are a couple that may get minutes.

Haukar - 2037 Icelandic Premier Division (13th season) My icelandic experience is over. We got relegated and I decided to throw the towel. I will start anew somewhere warmer...

Haukar - 2036 Icelandic Premier Division (12th season) Finally! We accomplished our goal of qualifying for Europe (the European Conference Cup). It will bring much needed funds in. We finished the year strong despite losing 3 of our best players to the European U21 championship. Transfers: Youth Intake: Best Prospect: I'm very excited for youth striker Godmundsson who should slot in right away up front. For this season, more of the same.

Haukar - 2035 Icelandic Premier Division (11th season) My worst season since promotion into the Premier Division. We struggled most of the year and it's hard to say exactly why it happened. I really needed to qualify for Europe and we failed. At least we were in no danger to get relegated. Transfers: Youth Intake: My goal hasn't changed, we need to qualify for Europe for the money. We are moving into our brand new stadium so hopefully bigger crowds will mean closer to breaking even. I will try to work on the board to get them to make us a fully professional team, it is very challenging to increase players' attributes on a part-time schedule.

Haukar - Icelandic Premier Division (Season 10) Good but difficult season. We ended 5th in the league before the championship group and then really imploded and failed to qualify for Europe. It's discouraging to end the season like this. Our facilities were downgraded for the third time without being able to improve them once. We need money. We are bleeding financially more than ever due to a loan for a new stadium. Transfers: Youth Intake: Next season we need more of the same but this time we need to qualify for Europe for the money that it'll bring us.

Haukar - Icelandic Premier Division (Season 9) We survived which was the goal. Although we comfortably did it, it was a stressful couple first months as we were in the relegation zone for probably the first half of the season. Then we hit a good stretch of results and ended safely in 7th. Basically all my players improved quite a bit playing at this level which is good to see. Transfers: Youth Intake: Best prospect: Really happy about getting such a good keeper in the intake. He will be our starting keeper from now on. Next season I expect more of the same, maybe we'll even squeak into the Championship Group this time around (places 1 to 6).
