From his stats, I'd have said he was pretty good - certainly good enough to play for Spanish second division team Hercules. Yes they do, which makes the scout rating with a good scout very vital in signing a player. Star ratings aren't always the best. Attributes are much better tbh. True but also, I wouldn't pay much attention to some weaknesses when its a young player being scouted. If you a winger has only 8/8 acceleration/pace, with not much potential star rating, then you would avoid said player if you specifically wanted a fast winger as you wont be able to train his quickness effectively as physical attributes eat a lot of CA.
